I used Taxfix and was shown an estimated refund of €516. Based on that, I paid €50 for the service. In the end, the Finanzamt told me I actually owe €29 — a difference of €545.

I entered all information to the best of my knowledge, and Taxfix never gave me any warning or suggestion to check the official data using their “pre-filled” option.

I contacted support and requested a refund, but they refused and offered only a discount for next time — which I won’t use. Their communication was polite but unhelpful.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Taxfix anymore. The risk is too high for such an expensive mistake.

I've been using Taxfix for 3 years in a row now... Quite happy with it.

I filed my tax return with TaxFix, expecting a refund of approximately €800 as they had indicated. However, I found out that I actually owe €800 more.
Over the past month, I have reached out to TaxFix three times via email and attempted to call numerous times, all without receiving any response. The lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating.
I strongly recommend using other services for your tax needs.

I have used Taxfix in Italy for my annual tax declaration and so far the experience has been very positive, BUT...
I would like to complain about the user interface of the web portale and app, in parrticular about the AWFUL GRAPHICS
i am probably well over the average age of Taxfix users (almost 70) but I have many years of experience in IT and working with websites.
The choice of very light grey and green text on a white background is a SERIOUIS ACCESSIBILITY PROBLEM for people with age related eyesight problems. Just on the login screen I can only find where to type in my access code by clicking around with the mouse pointer,, I CANNOT SEE THE BOX. I think you should rethink these aspects of what is otherwise a pretty good online service. People with eyesight problems should not be excluded from your service. I manage anyway, because I am a very determined person with these things (and I regularly use a lot of websites and portals), but I'm sure that many other swill just give up.

The software suggested me to claim the tax return for 2022. I had already filed the tax return for that year and got the refund. However, I was confused if I had received my tax return. So, I used the tax fix to get my tax return. However, I never got any tax returns for that year. And Taxfix never returned my charging fee as it gave me false information about the amount of tax return that I would get from tax office.

This is my second and fantastic experience with TF, after I tried last year. Professional is the one word that i can use for this service. Very Good!!!
