Easy to use but fee is high
Easy to use, quick response. However i failed to notice before completing that they take 30% of the refund as a fee. So i had an email from HMRC saying i was due £60ish but only received £42 from Tax Helper. That error is on my part. Wont use again, will go straight through HMRC next time which is what my partner says he does.
