My names is Jose lopez I paid this company $3000.00to fix my tax 2018 2019 2021 2022 2023 they switched me with three different case manager in now, my case transferred to different company and now my case closed never finish now I am report this company we IRS and follow complaint

I was so stressed out to the max .I originally file my taxes via turbotax however for whatever reason they wouldn't give me my AGI number and I was lost for words .I prayed on it woke up the next morning and said TH with turbotax I need to find a better way a faster way to get my agi so I can file my taxes my birthday is coming up I opened my phone and searched help to find agi and found tax solutions AMEN 🙏 AMEN AMEN THEY ARE THEE BEST TOOK MY STRESS AWAY ASAP MY TAXES ARE FILED THANKS TO SAPIR SHE GOT ME ALOT OF MONEY TO I AM SO THANKFUL FOR YOU MY ANGEL TY.

Keep claim they are working on your case charge you and literally NOTHING ever happens-contacted the IRS after signing power of attorney they had not even been contacted!! Then avoid your calls

I have 2 contracts with Tax Help USA. April 2023 the first contract, which till today has not been fulfilled.The second contract From June 2023 , which was a fraudulent charge. They falsely claimed I had a $100,000 tax liability. Contract one was in the amount of $3299 and contract two was in the amount of $8996.They have repeatedly failed in transparency, failed in responses to my inquiries, lack of communication, and unwillingness to resolve these issues. Treated rudely with customer service. Lack of providing their fee structure and to top it off, they now tell me Tax Help USA is under new ownership, I have never been provided with any notification as to such. I believe I have been scammed , my recourse will be dealt with BBB, FTC and the superior court of Orange county.

Save your money and go somewhere else. You can get better results if you call the IRS yourself. I got lecture on how I'm supose to pay my taxes when the top 1% don't even pay at all. They lied to me to get me to use them instead of the other tax services. Then they want me to recommend other to use them. I am not happy with the work they did here. They weren't rude but it was very hard to get your case worker on the phone or to call you back. Go somewhere else.

Amazing company with highly qualified and accessible staff. The communication has been stellar. I received a surprise, very large tax bill last year and they have worked with the IRS and my state on my behalf in every way possible to manage this burden. They have been so very helpful, kind, and patient. They are very good at what they do and I am going to have them file my yearly taxes going forward. They always take my calls or return my call promptly. I highly recommend this firm for your tax needs.

Hi updating my experience, they are helping me with my payments to withdraw when I'm able, but I don't receive any news abou my 2022 taxes .

I must say that this company is very helpful and compassionate. My husband and I changed our minds about using their services due to an issue on our end.
