Horrible service
I was expecting a BMW to pick us, they sent me a Mitsubishi with a fresh accident from the right side, and a high sound from the wheels when driving that is probably from the accident. The driver wanted me to help him with two bags of language each weighted around 22KGs! The car was dirty and the driver was rude. The driver never reached out prior to his arrival, I was the one who initiated the calls with him till his arrival. He also came late.
