Dear Mattie
First of all let me thank you that you had found our airport transfer a reliable service

As far as the negative review Is concerned let me take point by point because I want the world to judge

1: We make visit to ship factory for you to learn how we produce ship model in Mauritius, at any point in time I hold your hand and told you to buy it.its your choice if you want you can buy if you don't want don't buy. We didn't force you to buy it there. It's just a touristic area because it's the only place in Mauritius where they produce ship model (hand made)

2: as far as restaurant is concerned we don't have any deal with any restaurant.i let the whole world judge where have I posted that you should go in a specific restaurant ??
In fact when I do south west tour I let the customer decide where they want to go for lunch.

For the restaurant price- am I the owner of the restaurant??
I am only a taxi company and I am doing my job to provide you taxi for your tour. if you don't agree with their price I cannot go change it as it's not my restaurant. My drivers do propose restaurant but you have the option of refusing they never hold your hand and tell you it's mandatory to eat at a specific restaurant.

In any country in the world where you go it's obvious that restaurant food is a bit more expensive than street food

As far as the sightseeing west tour is concerned if you know mauritius you will know that in south west of Mauritius we have only the places mentioned on my website to visit. (Tourist visit)
What should I do I should stop making visit to these places because it's expensive?
If it was like you are saying I should start making visit to only supermarket and market then.
(Note: this customer Mattie paid me MUR 3200 for a full day south west tour and he/she is talking it's like I am the owner of all the places he/she mentioned

3: for the rhumerie-
I will let people judge
First let me tell the whole world that at chamarel they do give a Rhum tasting session and when they sell it it's their own price
I never forced anyone to buy it there. It's because of the rhum tasting session that we bring customers there
And in fact if you read about Mauritius you will see all the mentioned places that you should visit is in my south west tour package on my website
What should I do ? I stop making people visit those places ? Because it's expensive?
Let me clarify it- these places are not expensive
Chamarel entrance is MUR 500 for adult
MUR 500 make 10 euros
If you could buy a plane ticket for over 100 euros then 10 euros is nothing to enjoy
(Mr/Mrs Mattie never paid anything else apart the taxi trip and the chamarel entrance because all the places are entrance free)

Note: i am a taxi company I never forced anyone to go buy things at expensive places it's your choice to buy it from anyone we only make visit to those places.

When you are searching for quality grade A service it's obvious that prices are a bit expensive
I am not the owner of these places to change their price.

Mauritius is a beautiful country and my taxi company do really well people know how good our service are. And all the places you have visited we never forced you to buy we just make visit.


Why don't you talk about the price you paid for airport transfer ?
You know why ?
Because you got it at the very best rate. And as a taxi company we provide best rate for taxi. Don't put others review on my head. Restaurants/rhumerie are other organisations. I cannot change their price

As far as restaurant is concerned let me make it clear we don't have any deal with anyone. You have the choice of going to any restaurant you want. You also have the choice of not having lunch.
