Very Disappointing customer service experience
I recently called this taxi company to ask about the procedure for arranging school transport for my daughter, and the experience was very disappointing. The phone line was terrible, and I could barely understand the person who answered. He told me I needed to email the company, but when I asked for the email address, he simply said to “go on the website” in a very impolite manner. I then tried to ask what information I should include in the email, but before I could finish, he hung up on me without giving any reply.
This is not the level of professionalism or courtesy I expected. I was only trying to get clear information about a service, but instead, I was left frustrated and without any help.
