The service offered by TSA is very reliable and accurate. We pre-booked our transport from Rome to the airport the day before departure, got confirmation by e-mail and even a text on the phone from the driver. On day of departure he showed up 15 minutes before ordered time.

Paul gave us excellent service
Paul gave us excellent service. He communicated well and even went to our apartment by foot to help us with our luggage because the van was not able to go inside due to small roads. Had a few good conversations with some history about Rome too on the way to the airport. The best service out of my 30 day travel in Europe. And because of this, the highest tip I ever gave out too. I highly recommend this company for airport transfers.

We had a drive from Ciampino to the city center. The car was perfectly clean and convenient with a lot of space. The driver was on time, elegant, polite and very helpful. The only missing point was the lack of English knowledge that harden the communication.
