Bokade taxi 20.20. Ingen taxi kom. Vi väntade 30minuter i kyla och försökte nå deras kundtjänst utan att de svarade. Efter en timme ringde de och frågade om vi fortfarande behöver en taxi när jag frågade varför bilen inte kom la han på luren.....
