Pre-ordered a taxi to take me and my family to the airport at 08:30 as we had a flight to catch. Taxi didn't turn up at 08:30 so I called their customer service who said he was 2 minutes away (a lie). At 08:45 I was told me he was driving up my road (another lie). When I called again at 09:00 their customer service hung up on me. I had ordered another taxi and was in the process of contacting my card issuer (they took a prepayment) when the taxi finally turned up. The driver was very apologetic but naturally I would never use this company again. Avoid.

Scam company
Scam company, booked and paid for a taxi but I needed to cancel it well in advance (7 days) because the person travelling had covid. I tried emailing and contacting the company through all the means of contact on their website but I have had no reply. Quick to take money but never replying to communications.
