I used A2B taxi service in Solihull/Shirley for some time now but when I missed my doctors appointment and was feeling quite anxious about new symptoms they let me down. They lied to me told me my taxi was a priority however the taxi arrived 45 mins later and he'd only just been given the job. The fact that they lied and were not prepared to apologise or offer a goodwill gesture was enough for me. I had to wait for another appointment and in the meantime was admitted to hospital which I now know my doctor would have arranged immediately. I booked it at 8am for 9am, no customer care policy so never again beware if you have an appointment with your doctor. Marion

We arranged a taxitravels transport from Belgrade to Timisoara. The company was excellent and quick in responding and the driver showedat the time that had been arranged. Our transport was in a car rather than a mini bus because we were only three people total (two of us and the driver picked up one more passenger). The third passenger we picked up made it difficult for our driver by not being ready or answering his phone, but this was not the drivers fault.
The driver was pleasant and spoke pretty good English. He drove "Serbian style" ( fast and aggressive).
He took us right to the door of our apartment in Timisoara. I would definitely recommend this company. They were helpful and affordable.
I was very satisfied with our trip.

Have used now Taxi travel twice - once to go to the airport and 2nd for a social event in Edinburgh. Very good service, turning up on time and drivers were very nice :) Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Booked taxi online but when i got option to hang on and speak to someone the phone was never answered,when i went to pay my card was refused (we don;t all have paypal) 3 times so i had to go to house and pay deposit.On the evening we tried phoning on numerous occasions to see if it was possible to get earlier taxi home as my father was not well but once again no answer to phones.To sum up online service not very good but taxi;s there and back were pretty good and prompt.Drivers were excellent.

Driver wasn't afraid to join in the conversation we had so didn't feel so formal and uncomfortable and awkward.
Bang on time too

I recently used TAXItravel for a colleagues party, booking and payment online was very easy. Our driver Ryan was very helpful, and was prompt for both journeys. All staff I spoke to were very friendly and I will definitely use this company again in the future.
