It’s been a great experience with Walton taxis. I rang them around midnight at the station there was no taxi neither uber was available. I called them and they sent me a driver within 5 mins. I was very pleased. Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable rates are also very good.

Booked this cab for my family funeral. Driver was verbally aggressive towards me with a bad attitude. Beware and be careful not to get into vauxhall car LR63 Jag. If you catch him in a bad mood you WILL get mouthful of aggressive from him. You are better off using an another cab service. One that will not give you attitude. I know next time I will not use this cab AGAIN for sure. If I could OF, I would of given NO STARS.

I have been using Walton Taxis for a while and have always been happy with their airport service. Shah picked me up yesterday from Heathrow and as usual was on time, friendly and helpful and delivered me at home in a timely manner. Thank you.

We had a fantastic experience. Delayed by 2 hours from Glasgow to Southampton Dock to yet the driver waited for us late on a Sunday evening (and we had 3 young children too) to collect us and take us home. Would strongly recommend this company. We left a tip by choice but there was no extra charge for waiting over 2 hours - fantastic.

Very friendly and humble guy and we had a guide as well as driver in one person that is Bobby.

We have used the service from Weybridge to Brooklands then West Byfleet again from the Brooklands to LHR We had the same driver, Shaanie had who was very nice, committed and respectful. He was punctual and helpful with our suitcases.
The company sends a message and email confirming the ride one day before. They also send messages informing you that the driver is on his way.
The supervisor was also very helpful and dedicated. He called me to inform me that the driver is on his way and I should not worry.
I strongly recommend this company for their excellent service.

I booked Raz Walton taxis to pick my family and I up from walton town and take us to Gatwick Airport. Booking was so quick and effortless. Immediate confirmation after booking and got a nice reminder email and text the day before our travels. I must say we got Top class 5 Star customer service!Aftaab helped load the many suitcases into his van and was just as helpful when we arrived at the airport. He was extremely polite, friendly, humble, gave great communication, efficient and also extremely well priced. Would highly recommend Walton Taxis to everyone! Thank you for again being exceptional!

Fantastic reliable trustworthy and professional service received from this company during a recent hire from Heathrow T5 to Hersham during horrible road conditions and very bad weather. Excellent communications during the entire process from the company owner. Vehicle was, spotless, well maintained for safety, top of the range and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to use again, hopefully soon and a fine example of a well run professional company providing excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to please there customers. You get what you pay for.

Terrible service from this company
We had to search for driver who was not in arrivals hall
He was waiting by a hotel nearby
Insisted on £75 in cash
Did not help with luggage at either end and we had a toddler with us
His driving was poor and had a near miss
Then asked for extra cash when we arrived home
As pit flight was delayed
Never ever would I recommend or use again
I left a google review which the owner accused of being fake !

We had a city tour on 3rd November to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. My mother had been born and brought up in Walton but hadn't lived there for many years and was amazed by all the changes to the city. Our driver and guide, Michael was courteous and so helpful. The tour was very informative and he was able to show mum places of childhood memories.
When booking, your office staff were very helpful. Many thanks. The tour was exactly what was wanted.

my mother is disabled and i booked a car to be picked up from heathrow i was very impressed with the driver when my mom told me how helpful driver was all the way from start to finish, high class service without any extra charge i will definitely this company again.
