1. The complimentary "ABCs of Tax Lien and Deed Investing Bundle" was very helpful.
2. The plethora of free advice found in Dustin's collection of videos on Youtube are even MORE helpful.
3. I love that Dustin gives incite into how newbies tend to feel in the beginning of their journey, and nudges us to step out of our comfort zone and take action.
4. Dustin seems honest and genuine about wanting to help others get into this type of investing.
5. Dustin doesn't sound like an infomercial sensationalizing great success, but offers realistic advice about what to expect with this type of investing.

Maybe I missed the videos, but I would be interested in learning the second piece of the tax lien/deed investing puzzle, ie what to do with properties and how to make the most profits AFTER the sale.

After coming across Dustin's Youtube channel and watching countless videos, I'm following his advice and am just now starting this journey.

This is phenomenal,I love the guidance and help avaliable. Dustin is very informative and open with many thing that others wouldn't even dare to share. So thank you for all your help on the begining of my journey.

I relate with Dustin's straight forwardness as there are a lot of choices from investors turned online marketers selling there system.
