Just started. So far so good. We have access to the owner/creators, so I have high expectations of success. I will update my review up or down depending on my level of success.

So far all the vidoes have been interesting and insightful. He provides a lot of info for free but you can choose to move forward with a coach if you choose too. I'm still learning about this process and his videos are currently my go-to.

As someone else said is my exact duplicated experience: I also like the You tube videos which also peaked my interest. But when I received a call tonight, I also was asked about my credit rating, how much money I have in the bank. How much credit limit I have on my credit cards. I also felt I was being screened to see if I qualify to attend their school. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I was very turned off by the boiler room tactics. I read reviews after I got off the phone that there are a lot of upsells, and $5K to get going. Others are asked to invest more. Better off reading each county's website information and getting trained there. Use the money you have to get going without upsells.

I really enjoy watching the videos that you guys make because they're informative, interesting and useful. Keep up the great work.

I downloaded, read and was impressed by Dustin Hahn’s free and comprehensive ABCs of Tax Lien and Deed Investing course.
He provides a directory of every US county to obtain information about their tax lien and deed auction lists.
I cannot believe he provides all of this information for free when he could easily charge for all of the lessons he learned from personal experience.
He emphasizes the need to use a motivational and an organizational software program.
