The Tax Lien Mastery has been great. Lots of useful information, very detailed and easy to learn. Steve, my Client Concierge, has been very patient with all my questions. I can’t wait to practice knowledge that I’m gaining with that course in real life.

My coach Tad Lignell is very knowledgeable he has great patience and he has every help and I call and leave a message or email him he also ways get back to me within a day or two he is a friend besides just a coach and just doing his job I feel like we have a bond I can be transparent with him and he don't judge and he provides uplifting words in moments when is needed which provides strength to keep going even when you have not gotten a deal yet and you question yourself if you can do this business but him and the excitement of it all and following and learning the system is what keeps me going and trying to stand on my faith that what God has for me is for me and I don't think he lead me here if this wasn't for me Amen

To be honest, after singning up with TLWB I was doubting myself, I was wondering if it was the right thing for me but From the first session I felt reassured after talking to Tad. He summarized everything about real estate for me and ask me about myself, he understood my confidence level, my financial level and my availability and came up with a plan that I was more than confident in. He's patient, I feel supported all along with the whole team. This kind of support made me push myself and keep going even when things are not going well personally. I'm still learning, still growing personally and I'm confident now that this is something that will set me up for success in life.

He is a knowledgeable speaker who is dedicated to student success, often staying late to answer every question. Even with my unique way of learning, I found his workshop highly satisfying. Great help and support coming from a beginner to real estate.

The coaches are equipped, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and effective. My Real Estate coach was Tad Lignell and he made our sessions enjoyable and engaging. He is truly a veteran in real estate and has such a reservoir of information. I am a beginner in real estate and he was able to meet me where I am at and helped me tremendously in just navigating through the market and identifying great deals.

Completed pre flyout sessions with Chris LeChemiant and then had the flyout with Robin Scovill. We are now on to offers week and the experience has been mind blowing. I want to thank my coaches for taking the time to ensure I understood the process thoroughly and are available to review my work going forward with offers, contracts and rehab. I look forward to success with my first deal.

Freddy has been a great help for while here in San Antonio. I appreciate his willing to help me by meeting me at my property and sharing his knowledge and expertise!

I attended a weekend class on Tax Liens with Tax Lien Wealth Builders. They assigned a "coach" to each of the attendees to sell additional real estate investment support packages. They claimed all their coaches and business partners were experts in real estate and if we followed their direction we could be as well "if we did the work". Trusting they were telling the truth-they were experts and to follow their direction, I spoke to the coach. I explained I didn't have an LLC or the money for the additional packages and could contact them at a later date. This coach told me I didnt need to have money, that they partnered with Copper Rock-their business partner who was also present-and that they could apply for multiple lines of credit so I could finance their package. I again stated I didnt have an LLC so I didnt want to risk my excellent personal credit. They told me I could transfer the cards/lines of credit to my business when I opened it and their package that I would buy with these lines of credit would actually cover opening an LLC, that they also had another business partner United Wealth who would handle this. Further, TLWBs stated I could transfer the cards and balances to the LLC, and that just me taking out these lines of credit would increase my credit score. Further they stated you have to spend money to make money, and the longer you wait you are falling behind everyone else, etc-Again, trusting their claim that they were experts and to follow their direction, I paid their business partner to apply for and open the lines of credit to finance TLWB REI package. They assured me my credit would barely drop initially and would actually increase. That is false. Even making the min payments, my credit is now less than 600, the lines of credit I paid them to opened based on the amount of credit continue to reduce the credit line-I get letters in the mail monthly. Since I now know after calling 1 of these creditors is it doesn't matter that I am making my min payments, that they have had time to look at all the outstanding credit that was taken out and will continue to decrease theirs as I have too much credit (credit score is based on % of credit usage, I can never increase my credit score.). Im pretty sure TLWB and copper rock knew this. Further, now that my credit dropped, I dont qualify for funding for real estate deals in any arena, private investors dont like low credit scores either, and I dont have personal savings to fund real estate deals as they were aware because TLWB asks for all this during the class. Further, TLWB profess to have a hot line you can call anytime to get real time advice so you can make real estate deals as they claim if you wait someone else will make the deal so when you find a deal you need to move on it wh is why they offer this phone line. I tried that several times with either no one available for a consult or no answer and no return call for a considerable time. When I let this group know what was happening-in case they werent aware-they never responded other than to say they were aware of the phone issue and working the problem. there are other issues but the above is quite alarming. I tried to talk with them and thought maybe they werent aware of what their business partners were doing but again no response from TLWB at all. And that tells you everything you need to know.
