TaxNet steals from their clients and they are racist.

Not only did tax net Rob my husband and I of 541 that they did nothing for why do they deserve my money? They did nothing. I'm the one who did our taxes. I only used tax net so I can get the refund anticipation loan. For some reason we don't know why, we were denied the loan. I have called and called I have been treated like dirt. These people this company stole $541 of our taxes. And whenever I mentioned something about going to the "Indian clinic", he called me a racist. I am a card carrying native American. My ancestors came over the trail of tears and are on the Dawes rolls and this sack of dirt that calls himself a 15-year manager call me a racist because I went to the Indian clinic where all of us around here who are Cherokee Creek and Choctaw go. This is oklahoma. This is Indian Territory. So now not only have they robbed us, he has insulted my heritage. I hope Chris reads this. I am looking right now for a civil attorney, and you can bring all the recordings you want. Because I do have every email. Nothing in there says that I owe you $450 for doing nothing. What do I owe you money for I did our taxes myself. I am posting with a better Business bureau. I am posting on Google. I have already spoke with pissed off consumer, I'm not making up a name that is a real name on the Internet as unfortunate as it is. And, I have friends all over the United States on Facebook. His reputation is ruined by the time I get done. When you live in Oklahoma and you are a card carrying native American you go to the Indian clinic. That is what it's called. Now, chris, call me unstable again because we are just going to make this worse.

Taxnet was a great company 3 years ago. Ever since then, the moment you hit that "submit" button.. no way to contact them, no communication from them, no idea on when you'll be approved or denied for the loan. 3 years ago I couldn't name a complaint...now I can't make a single positive remark about their customer service. This is the worst company I've ever…

This is the worst company I've ever experienced! The first 4 Years with them were awesome, but it's been downhill since. I pray they get it together but I will never use them again. The IRS recommend that I amend everything they have done for me and report this company.

Horrible company

Horrible company. My taxes were approved in February. It’s July and still nothing. As the company gives me the run around and puts blame on the IRS. Do not use this company. Better off filing yourself. You get nothing faster or in advance. Lies.

BEWARE OF THE SMALL PRINT

If you google this company, you will only hear bad news ... BELIEVE IT! They have a tricky disclosure that QUICKLY informs you that whether or not you're approved a 'Holiday' loan or 'RAL' loan they will charge you $750 for preparing your taxes and have this deducted from your taxes. so, of course, they denied my holiday loan but then sends forms that I am 'conditionally' approved for the RAL I just have to send in my W2!!?? Like dudes, you duped me the first time why would I trust you again..I filed w/ BBB and they appear to be in on with their little scam...if I got nothing from the deal, then why is a company profiting off of my loss? Not just a small fee ($50) but a huge $750!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND GOOGLE FIRST!!!!!

This is the most DECEPTIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL company I've EVER encountered. Bottom feeding belly crawlers. They thrive off of and taking advantage of those that are in desperate need. Lie to them, bate them in and then switch the whole game up!!! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT fall for the lies. Its a SCAM to get to file your taxes. So desperate for business they Scam people!!!! Do Not believe a word these Ppl say!!! I learned the hard way!
