Breaking laws

I have asked them 11 times to opt me out of their calls. 11 times they've ignored it. I don't owe the government money.

Edit after response: Since the owner or who ever is attempting to call me a liar, I will handle this with my Providence and the CRA. As well the IRS. (I have dual citizenship) I do NOT take kindly to being implicated as a liar.

If it's not coming from this agency they are being impersonated.

We DO NOT call clients who owe money. We are an accounting firm and not a debt collector. Clearly - this individual does not know or have correct facts.

This individual is also in the USA and we are in Canada.

ADDED AFTER Response

It is evident that the individual in question lacks understanding of legal matters and exhibits a lower level of cognitive ability. Our organization has not engaged in any business transactions with said individual, and we do not maintain an office in the United States of America. The act of leaving negative feedback is deemed inappropriate, particularly when the individual in question states, "if it is not coming from this agency." It is imperative to clarify that we operate as an accounting firm, not an agency.

I will file a complaint with TrustPilot to remove this post.

I’m getting multiple phone calls from…

I’m getting multiple phone calls from “Tax Partners” looking to help me with taxes I owe. I don’t owe one cent. I think you should know that there are people using your business “Tax Partners” to get money from people. I know this is a scam. The IRS would contact anyone who owes taxes directly. Just thought you should know.

The accountant at Tax Partners who I dealt with, offered expert advice. The level of professionalism and courtesy made me feel valued and respected as a customer. What stood out most was their willingness to go the extra mile, demonstrating a commitment to excellence that is all too rare these days. In the end, I felt not just satisfied, but genuinely impressed by the quality of service. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for outstanding support and care when it comes to filing their taxes.
