Fraudulent behavior - DOCID 3853522500386302

I am writing to formally report an unfair commercial practice by the company Tax Refund S.r.l. (VAT/Fiscal Code: 97076950589, Address: Via degli Arscia, Rome, Italy).
Facts:
On [16/05/2026], I made a purchase in Italy and received a Tax-Free Form with DOCID [3853522500386302]. I successfully completed the mandatory digital customs validation (OTELLO system) at the airport before my departure within the 3-month legal timeframe.
The company kept my status as "Processing" for 4 months. Recently, they arbitrarily changed the status to "Expired" and removed the tracking information from their website. I have sent formal emails to their support address with all documentary evidence, and I have been completely ignored for over 30 days.
This is a clear breach of consumer trust and constitutes an illegal retention of funds. I request the AGCM to investigate this deceptive practice.
