I used the free TaxSlayer. But since filing my 2020 tax return I have asked several times that my account information be deleted now the the process has been complete, but I get no response as to how I can get this request carried out. The automated message I get says I have to go to original email where I set up my account and use that email... I no longer have that email... I do have a TaxSlayer account, which I can and do log into. So what is going on??? this is very, very, very poor service... I realize the use of the software was free, but you can be sure I won't use it again or recommend it to anyone until I get my account deleted... so tell me how to do that.

Incredibly disappointed!! I work for a not-for-profit 501c(14) credit union, don't waste your time or money on this software they are not ready for us yet!!First off I was told the Web Pro version would allow for off site workers to see and help complete the 990 I was working on but you can only share documents not work on them live through the web portal. Now I have been waiting for a week to have my 990 fixed so I can fill in the appropriate columns and NOT fill in the columns I not supposed to fill in. I keep getting told its almost done for 5 business days now with no results. Customer service is responsive and polite but their programmers are slow as molasses in the dead of winter. Don't bother until they catch up to the needs of not-for-profits!

I just had to come back because I believe if you write about bad experiences you should be able to write about when the company does what’s needed to correct the issue and that’s just what wast done when I left the last review about being very dissatisfied with the product this year. I have been called 3 times to hear my complaints put on with a Tech Support Pro to help and try to solve what my issues were and given some other tools to prevent me from having the issues moving forward or at least have other options. So for that I am appreciative and wanted to give them there 2 stars back, I don’t expect anything to work perfectly all the time because that’s impossible I just don’t like to not have a solution or being made to wait days to get help & we have come up with a solution for that as well. So thanks for caring about your customers especially me.

Came to TaxSlayer from ProSeries. Took getting used to, but would never go back. I think it's been 15 or more years and I've never had a bad experience with support.

Not your best year taxslayer! Customer support was the worst ever! Lots of mistakes, spelling errors, etc.

THIS IS MY 12TH YEAR AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH TAXPAYER.
EASY TO MOVE THRU PROGRAM, GREAT PRICE AND THE TELEPHONE
ASSISTANCE IS REMARKABLE. THEY CONTINUALLY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP. AND I HAVE NEVER IN 12 YEARS SPOKEN TO ANYONE WHO WASN"T PLEASANT AND AFFABLE.

Your customer service is excellent. I think that some of the aspects of the program can be changed but since I am not a techno person, I am not sure how to communicate that to you.

I have been using TaxSlayer Pro for many years. The software is user friendly and very reliable. Customer service is excellent as well. There hasn't been a time when I have asked for support where I have had to wait.

This new program gave me so many problems all season long. It would lock up on me and I had to reboot it daily. This has never happened before. I am very disapointed with the service and the program.

I've been a tax preparer for 35 years but I have only used TaxSlayer Pro for the past three years. I am so thankful that the Sales Rep followed up with me, at a time when I had become increasingly frustrated with another software provider. She always responds to questions in a timely manner and regularly provides updates to assure clients are receiving accurate information. The Support Team is always prompt in responding to questions or providing assistance. My business has increased by 40% since working with TaxSlayer Pro. Great company!

I have been using TaxSlayer Pro for several years now. I moved my office to another state this past year so I was in need of my clients sending documents to me securely since we are long distance. My rep, Krista, told me about the PaperCut option in the software. It is a secure portal for my clients to send me all their documents and also sign my e-file forms electronically. It literally takes my client less than 5 minutes to set the portal up then all they have to do is scan or take a picture of their documents. It has saved my business and now with the coronavirus my local clients can do the same and never step foot in my office. Krista my sales rep is wonderful and very knowledgeable on the product. Taxslayer also has great customer service. They are a great partner to have and work every year to make the product better and better. Thanks Krista and TaxSlayer!
