I would not choose any other software product. TaxSlayer Pro will never leave you hanging like those other nameless ones. Taxslayer Pro helps with all of your tax questions and if they can't find the answer, they know where to send you so that you can. Not to mention that they are so professional and friendly, they make you feel like you are part of the TaxSlayer family. TaxSlayer Pro is "The Best"!!!

SMART CHOICE
Easy to use. Takes the headaches out of the process. Highly Efficient. I have been doing tax returns since 1977. I tested TaxSlayer software in 2009 and went first full year in 2010. I have been with them ever since. Why? In my opinion they are by far the best software company on the market. They offer user friendly forms & guides and have the "best" customer service I have ever experienced. Over the years I have used Arthur Andersen, Elf, TaxWise, and Intuit software. TaxSlayer Pro tops them all.

Not totally satisfied
The support personnel was not very knowledgeable and done were not very friendly. I also had trouble with returns needing rejected but I was not notified auth an ack until the client's started calling to what wad going on. One of my business clients return was left hanging gettin march to a few days ago when I haf to retransmit before it would give me an acceptance ack. Then it finally showed it was accepted in march. I like a lot if the features but the software freezes up often.

I find the TaxSlayer program very preparer friendly and cost effective. Your support team is beyond compare. Although I will admit that I have had a couple of support people who weren't quite up to my standards, the problems I had finally got resolved and that is what is most important to me. l plan to stay with TaxSlayer until I retire from tax preparation, which according to my clients, I can never retire.
