Not honest tax preparer
Not quite happy after two years of using Anna Klinova tax filing services.
First, she is a liar, once it happened when she "Filed an extension" for late tax filing in October. She confirmed that she did file that extension but after few of my calls IRS didn't find any extwnsion. To my several requests Anna ignored all my messages to provide that copy so I ended up paying extra from my pocket.
Second time she lied stating that her fees raised to $300 comparing to the last year strictly due to increase in tax preparation software price increase. When I called that software company their maximum increase was $10-$20 for different types of software.
Secondly, she is ignorant to customers' requests. Upon finalizing with my 2023 late filing I asked her to send me a copy of my tax return to my email. She is also ignored my requests and any others related to tax preparation or taxation.
