Extremely intransparent process...
Extremely intransparent process and their fees are way too high. Do it yourself, you'll get more money back and won't have to pay their horrendous fees.

I am unsure how our process can be more transparent. We have all pricing clearly highlighted on our landing page, and you have to agree to our terms and conditions before filing?
We also have the lowest fees in Ireland and over 120k+ happy clients. So we feel this review is defamatory and extremely unfair. We would appreciate it if you amended your review to reflect this.

Absolutely no communication from the company for weeks and when they eventually did respond it still took nearly two weeks to get a refund, no phone number to call, I will be reporting to IAASA
I wrote this Review in 2023, and literally just got a reply in 2025! Kind of backs up my point don’t you think
