The service was exemplary from planning to installation, couldn’t be happier with the end product which is a fitted headboard and bed. I would definitely use them again and thank to Somma and the fitting team, who were the best!

I saw taylor bespoke via intagram and was amazed at the photos presented on the page. However, when getting in contact the responses was 2-3 worded answers and when I asked to see if they could send any pictures or if they had a website to see the fabrics I got 'hi can get some sent'. As a customer I thought would they respond to Mrs Hinch, Maura or Molly-mae like this? I have been completely put off from purchasing now and have found another company that are much more helpful.

The entire experience with TB is as good as it gets. Sheer quality from start to finish. Quality of workmanship second to none. True professionals. They go that extra mile to make sure customer is absolutely satisfied and in my case, tweaked the media unit on site to take it onto another level. They also took the utmost care in my house not to damage anything as well as constantly hoovering to keep house clean. Thank you John & Sean for an amazing job and thanks Dan and Ivan for all your support. One very happy customer.

We have had an amazing walk in wardrobe fitted by Taylor bespoke. Totally tailored to our personal needs, very bespoke to us. Dan the owner was brilliant, always at the end of the phone, came and did two site visits and talked us through each stage. The guys that fitted it were great, very professional and got the job done efficiently. The quality of the wardrobes is fantastic, you couldn’t fault it, extremely pleased.

I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to.

I found Taylor Bespoke through Instagram and loved their work and I knew this would be the company who would make my vision come to life.
I contacted them through email at first and this carried on for a while.
I won’t lie it wasn’t a quick process getting a quote and even though I got quotes from other companies, my gut was telling me to stick with these guys.
That was the best decision I made.
After a few months of back and forth emails I got a phone call from Dan(the owner)
He apologised for the delay and within a few days I had pictures of my bed being sent to me to tell me it was ready.
Ivan designed my walk in wardrobe. His attention to detail is amazing. He thought of things that I hadn’t even thought about.
The guys turn up on time and are very clean, polite and get on with what they need to do.

So if you are thinking of using these guys go for it.
You may need to wait abit for certain things but I can honestly say it’s worth it.
Dan and his team bought my dream bedroom and walk in wardrobe to life and I can’t thank them enough.
But I will warn you, if you think you just want 1 thing done it won’t stop there. I’ve ended up with 3 extra items being made and a list of things i want ;-)

Extraordinary company

I cannot express what an amazing company Taylor Bespoke really is, after several emails back and forth and an in depth site visit, Dan and his team produced an absolutely amazing Media Unit in my living room, the detail, the lighting and the thought that was put into designing this for us gave us exactly what we wanted and what we didn’t know we needed but it has finished everything off perfectly and I can’t wait to start on the other rooms! Thank you so much.

Orderd over the phone and sent pictures as I live quite far away came when they said they was gona come and finished the job perfectly while I was away on holiday and talked to me all the through it the best quality over the moon with my wardrobes

I don’t often write reviews but having read so many reviews about Taylor Bespoke before placing my order, I felt it was only fair to write about my experience.

I first came across Taylor Bespoke via an Instagram post. I saw someone else (a complete stranger) that had furniture made by the team and it looked amazing. At the time I was looking for a bed and matching bedroom furniture but I wasn’t having much luck finding what I wanted via the usual high street/online stores. So I decided to enquire. This is where I had my first interaction with the business. If I’m completely honest, it wasn’t great. I had messaged a couple of times but not had a response back. However having read a couple of reviews about a similar lack of communication, I persisted. After a few more attempts I finally got a response and the 2 way communication started.

After a couple weeks of exchanged messages and a fair amount of me chasing, I received a quote which I was happy with and an invoice for the deposit which I paid immediately. I was given a 6-8 week window for the furniture to be delivered. I ordered a bespoke Kingsize bed and 2 matching chest of drawers.

From this point onwards the communication was ok. It wasn’t fantastic but it was ok. The whole time I just got the impression that the team were really busy. I figured if they were busy then surely that is a good sign right? At one point Dan the owner stepped in and offered to WhatsApp me direct which put me at ease during the build stage and helped keep the communication open. He was great. Lots of questions and checking to make sure I was happy and they then let me know my furniture was ready to be delivered. This was week 7 of the 6-8 week window being given so I was really happy.

Delivery day arrived and 2 guys turned up (on time) to deliver my furniture. All I can say is WOW.

Firstly the guys that arrived were incredible. Both Ben and Harrison were polite, courteous and friendly. I left them in the room to set everything up. After an hour I went in to check everything was ok and they explained that they had a problem. After explaining the problem to me, I quickly realised that they were being incredible meticulous and thoughtful. There was the tiniest of gaps between 2 joining parts of the bed that I would not have even noticed had they not of pointed it out to me. Anyway, cutting a really long story short, they did not let it go and continued until the problem was resolved. Clearly they both cared a great deal about their work and the finished product.

Finally they let me know they had finished and I was completely blown away. The quality and finish surpassed all my expectations. Wow. There are literally no other words.

I am so glad I persisted at the beginning. Its clear that Taylor Bespoke are very busy. They are likely approached several times a day by people asking them to quote for various work. I dread to think how many people then don’t even place an order thus wasting Dan and the teams time.

I recently had my dream bed designed and fitted by Taylor Bespoke! The service from start to finish was excellent. Dan and Lisa were always keeping my up to date with the progress and always there for any questions I had. Our bed was fitted by Ben and Harrison who went above and beyond in my eyes!

Excellent all round and already have the media unit being designed by Dan again.

I recently had a media unit from Taylor Bespoke. I absolutely love it the service from start to finish was amazing. The fitters were really polite and cleaned up after themselves they even helped to get the TV set up before they left. I couldn’t fault them. I will be using them again I now need a new sofa to finish my room off

Was a great company to deal with, helped me design all my furniture, was exactly what I asked for. Would recommend to friends and family 100%

Tried to book them to do a large sized room walk in wardrobe with all the bells and whistles, they charged me for a consultation back in March and then ignored me for months. Won’t respond and are very rude. They won’t send me a quote or design or let me book a date. Only care about celebrities.

The worst customer service I’ve ever come across - we chased for months and months for a quote and was told someone will respond ASAP. We finally received an initial quote, which we agreed with. After even more months of chasing they finally did a site visit. After the site visit, we requested a final quotation as we wanted even more work than initially agreed and have not heard anything back since (it’s been 3 months). I agree with the below review; we had a huge budget but it seems like they just want celebrities. Will not be recommending to anyone

Tried to use this company, requested a quotation 5 weeks ago. I have regularly chased it every week to be told someone would be in touch ASAP with again no response. I asked for honesty if they didn’t want my business, it appears they just want to complete work for influencers and celebrity’s. Cash was waiting, just couldn’t be bothered to quote. Wasted 5 weeks waiting for this company to even respond with a quote and still nothing.

Fantastic communication from the first enquiry email to super quick installation once agreed on the product. The guys were efficient and tidy when fitting and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taylor Bespoke.

I had a bespoke TV stand made by Dan and his team, he couldn’t be more accommodating and nothing was ever too much. We’re chuffed with the outcome and will definitely be using them again, highly recommend them!

We purchased a bespoke dining bench after having an awful experience with honey I’m home (the less said about that the better). Dan and his team were fantastic in making us feel valued and looked after, they delivered our bench quicker than they even anticipated. The bench itself is stunning, we couldn’t be happier.

Could not recommend these guys more!
