I ordered a sweater which was $129 on sale for $52. It didn’t look anything like the sweater in the ad. The colour and style were awful!! It was cheaply made with poor stitching. When I tried to return it, it was to be sent to CHINA! Checked at the post office and it would cost $73. to return it!

False advertising. Ordered 2 dresses that stated 100% cotton. They arrived 100% polyester. Total Garbage

Absolute GARBAGE. Terrible quality. I’ve been chasing them via email for a couple months now to return them for their “guaranteed refund”. Received one response, and was told that I can pay to return them to CHINA, at which point they will refund my money upon receiving the shipment (LOL) or they can refund 30% and let me keep these awful shoes. They may as well be plastic.

I asked for return instructions five weeks ago as I would never wear them (even if they were free) and they have now ghosted me.

SCAM - BUYER BEWARE! They have ripped off crazy amounts of people. Read reviews first on TrustPilot or google. Disgusting rip-off artists.

If I could give a score of zero stars I would. Total scam. Continually rebranding under a new name. Products are garbage and nothing close to the quality they claim to be. The sizing is all wrong. When you request a refund you must pay your own shipping cost to Chin which is another added expense. Buyer beware when it’s too good to be true

Never buy anything from this shifty company!! You cannot get your money back even when you PAY TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE!!

0 is the rating this company should get. Like all the other reviews, the quality is garbage, not at all what they advertise. Returns are impossible and expensive. I just threw 80$ into the garbage by buying from this scam business. I wish had read reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.

This is a 0 rating. Don't get taken by this fake company. They are the worst quality shoes I have ever purchased. The picture is not what you received. No leather. No arch support. Zero support of any kind. Too big for the purported size.
I hope you can live with yourselves! You ripped me off once but never again.

I would give this company zero if possible they said a product was received on 5 May. I was home all day and we have full cameras. No product was received no delivery ever arrived. I contacted them. They told me that they would resend the product that never happened Now they’ve told me that it won’t resend the product even though they told me it had been sent 2 1/2 weeks ago because they told me I have to take it up with the delivery company. The delivery company is not who I paid. I paid them. The product was never shipped. The product has never been delivered. Do not buy from them their scammers.

This is the same scammers’ boutiques… like « Noir Calgary » and other names…The quality of their products are very very cheap. All their products come from china. I had the bad experience with « Noir Calgary ». Do no waste your money!

I was told by American Express to contact you for a sweater I purchased from Clark and Moore. The item is very different . My purchase was a rounded neck and more of blues in it . This has a high neck similar to a turtle neck and lots of orange . It also is very long and sleeves also are long. I would like to return it. Thank you

Operating under cover of the ME Group, Taylor Toronto, Taylor Vancouver, all are scams. I received an order that was completely useless: size was incorrect, material was terrible, and I sent email asking for return info as requested. After several attempts to stall the matter, until the deadline for return (14 days) was passed, I contacted PayPal and lodged a complaint, explaining the situation: I have all the photocopies of the return parcel, which I was told to send via their email, to a Chinese address, and then as they tried to stall, they changed the address after I had sent it: saying "to please provide a copy of the receipt that details your credit and return tracking number to return address: Woerdlaan 1, Utrecht, NL-3454 VH. The cost to ship with 'tracking' would have taken it to over $98 to an already outlandish cost of $48 return....on top of the $129 I had paid for the items!!! I have never heard back from them, they have not refunded my money, and they have my items. All they state repeatedly, is we told you to send a tracking number. I am sickened with dealing with China, and going forward they will be blacklisted with everyone I know. You know you had the items returned and yet you choose not to do the honorable thing. Shame on you.

I've never ever owned such a cheap pair of shoes, they had a really bad odour to begin with as I opened up the package and the sizing is way too small, they look so cheap and seriously NOT orthopedic at all!!!

I am so mad, that I didn't look for reviews before I trusted them with a leather bag. It was like paper thin, horrible material. Cheap as cheap it can go. I cannot believe that someone will scam other selling such a horrible product.
I hope Karma gets them sooner or later! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE - DO NOT TAKE IT EVEN IF WAS FREE!

Like the other reviews everything is CHEAP CHINESE garbage that has to be returned to China at your expense for any hope of a refund. These crooks regularly change their name to appear like a Canadian company and photoshop merchandise to make it look extremely good, often on sale at 1/3 off, but buy 2 & get them at 1/2 price. The scam repeats & repeats; I've been caught several times bc the stuff looks so professional & Canadian. DON'T DO IT!!

Zero stars. Cheap quality. Vinyl. Package came from China. Not orthopedic at all. Wanted to return but with tracking it’s $81! Big scam. Why will you order from a “Toronto company” and ship back from China?!!

They are in china and only warehouse is in china. They have not any local warehouse in toronto. So it is minipulating name. Also if you want to return you need to pay the shiping atleast $50

No contact info other than Chinese phone number, email. Received product stating “ real leather”, it’s vinyl plastic. Lost $59 but learned valuable lesson.. Go to shopping channel or local vendor for better real leather products.. and better local company support and experience…

Ordered 3 pairs of Orthopedic walking shoes (different colours) all to be size 42 - they arrived and are bloody awful - definitely not orthopedic and not size 42. My cost was 179.88. Sent a request to return with the order number in the first line and received an email from "Emily Taylor" asking for the order number, which I sent again. I then get a return form and told I have to pay for return shipping which would be fine if the went to the return address on the package

But know these have to be returned to China with a requirement to have a tracking number. So I bundled them up, took photos and went to the post office - cost for a tracked package $177.00.

This is nothing but a rip-off scam where they sell garbage that people will want to return, but the return is more costly than the product so people will not send the return and they don't have to return the money paid.

I should have googled this company before purchasing. Please DONOT PURCHASE . Their customer service sucks and the quality of the product is low grade, they say genuine leather but not sure what has been sent to me. When I contacted their customer service ( where the response time is 4-5 days later) they said we can take it back but you will have to pay for the return and we can’t guarantee whether we will receive the product as it goes to some warehouse which is not tracked. Alternatively they said we will refund you 10% of your purchase. What a joke!!! Please please don’t fall for them . The product comes from china not any shop in Toronto. It’s a scam.
