Waste of time scammers just after 300 admin fee NON REFUNDABLE They don't tell the lender all the facts so it would be of been declined

AVOID waste of my time and just typical rip of Britain

Very pleasant advisor visited me, returned a couple days later to present an offer ‘I think you’ll be extremely happy’ The interest rate wasn’t competitive and the organisations fees are extortionate! I got a better package from an online comparison website saving me £40 per month. I requested that my details be removed from its data base, a week later, this still hasn’t been confirmed by the so called ‘Senior Mortgage Consultant’

The company need to train their brokers to treat their customers with respect the way they treat you is they promise the world like they did to me and promised me they will keep searching for lower rates, I missed out on a lower rate due to the mortgage broker not keeping on top of it I felt like they take your money before taking your money and then after they do nothing and leave you, it was our first time getting a mortgage and rightly we asked so many questions and they make you feel as though your bothering them! I was advised they would take the £995 on completion and when I went with them they changed it to £995 on applying and put on paper work that it’s the broker fee as well as the £295! When complaining the broker dealing with it he stopped replying to me all because I asked him a question and next min I got a reply from their complaints officer! Some of them are rude and just don’t want your money we lost out on a lower rate we couldn’t change to the lower as it would have delayed and affected our completion date ! I’m still waiting on a final response from them
