Amazing company, so very helpful when ordering new uniform for my son at BoHunt. Everything that arrived fitted beautifully. I ordered an extra PE top which was too big, the exchange was easy, pain free and super quick. Yesterday I ordered two extra polo shirts, I had an email within minutes to say it was ready for collection. I collected today from one of the team members who was friendly, polite, and super quick in getting my order. You guys do a fab job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone. Thank you.

Needed new PE tops for my son, but was only a week before school started. Ordered on a bank holiday Monday and the collection was ready by the Tuesday. Very speedy and reliable service.

I completely forgot ordered my son a school logo sun hat for school. Ordered in the morning and was ready to collect by lunchtime. Always been great friendly service when collecting my children’s uniform orders.

We have used Taylor made uniforms for many years now.
Zoe and her team have always been professional and friendly and my orders have always been ready within 24 hours. They have always advised that we can swap anything that doesnt fit. However we have never needed to as their sizes have been spot on. We couldn't ask for a better service!

I phoned up yesterday morning to ask if my sons school clothing was ready for collection,one part was so I said I would collect on way to work,so I arrived at around 2.30pm,door was locked window was shut,knocked on door,no reply,as I looked through window and to my astonishment 3 staff were watching TV and completely ignored my knock on the door,in the meantime another parent turned up and again knocked and still the staff were unmoved,after a good 5/6 mins,one member of staff got up and come to window and spoke to us,there was no apology for why we had to wait,as 3 staff were camped in front of TV while customers were waiting at door,for me this was terrible customer service

Just like to say how easy and stress free it was ordering my daughters uniform!! As we are starting a totally new school was dreading choosing all the bits we needed! We went to one of the uniform fittings at Bohunt (which must add was well advertised on social media 👍) Within 5 minutes of arrival Zoe had sized my daughter up by eye (amazing don't know how she does this! Handed us a sizing card with all the information. My daughter tried items on all fitted, all very well organised.. Brilliant! All I had to do was order online, job done!! Also thank you to the Taylor maid, for spotting I had mistakenly ordered a wrong size on an item.. fabulous customer care and best of all I received my order the next day!! Wonderful service thank you!!

Zoe has really gone above and beyond with helping my son with his uniform, It’s not been easy as he’s an adult size. Communication over many emails and phone calls with her shopping around her suppliers, we’ve now got everything he needs for September.
