After my utter disappointment of finding out that Arcadia Cigars Eastbourne was some sort of online scam, I drove and into Brighton.

I wanted to see this flagship of Arcadia Cigars down Bond Street. It was closed on a Thursday afternoon - wow. I continued walking along and was delighted to discover Taylor's Tobaconnists.

This was like Dr Who's Tardis when I entered, greeted by an elderly gentleman who had an Arsenal FC calendar positioned near the till.

He politely showed me to the walk-in humidor, which had plenty of regular production Cuban cigars but I was seeking regional edition Cubans.

He was delightful, and it was a lovely experience finding somewhere so welcoming with a good array of Cuban cigars. Top notch in every way.

I recently visited this shop to buy a gift of cigars and was absolutely blown away. The walk-in humidor is incredible – beautifully kept with a stunning selection. The older gentleman who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, and the customer service overall was second to none.

Most importantly, the cigars themselves were in perfect condition – from Montecristo to Cohiba, the quality was outstanding. The whole ambience of the shop on Bond Street is elegant, welcoming, and truly a pleasure to experience.

I would highly, highly recommend this shop to any cigar lover (or anyone looking for a special gift). An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish.

Brilliant experience. I was buying cigars as a gift and had no idea what to buy. I found them to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Ordered from the website and was very pleased with the whole experience.

I placed an order in November 2024 for about 370 pounds and got a refund for being out of stock and I waited a week to call them and they were just stressing the order had been refunded,So I had to wait, and after another week I called them again and they gave me the same answer, asking me to ask the bank, I asked the bank, the bank said it had not received their refund, I thought I would have to wait a long time, and over time I forgot about the refund, but today I suddenly remembered that more than 370 pounds is not a small amount, this store has a physical store. However, on their website, many goods can be added to the shopping cart and placed an order, and some can even be placed when they are out of stock, which is strange. In short, my experience is very bad
