An efficient and communicative service…
An efficient and communicative service from Taylor Walton dealing with the sale of my mother's house. All done with very little stress in a little under three months. As with all transactions of this nature these days, the hardest part was the identity and AML checks, but their system made it relatively painless.

Efficient, great communication and knowledgeable
I have had two dealings with Taylor Walton after the passing of my Grandfather. Firstly, the Grant of Probate. Christine was fantastic and supported me a great deal in order to process this as quickly and efficiently as possible. Secondly, Caroline and Grace who managed the sale of the house. Again, this was processed promptly and I was in regular communication throughout the sale.
I have some other matters that need to be dealt with and I have no hesitation in reaching out to Taylor Walton again.

Highly professional will-writing service. Our needs were more complex than average, all dealt with efficiently and effectively. Resultant wills are heavy on legalese, and were not cheap, but that was the requirement, so not a complaint.

Moving house is Stressful, but Caroline and Team certainly eased that

Outstanding legal services
I couldn’t rate my experience as a client with Taylor Walton more highly.
I would like to give particular commendation to Zoe in the Private Client Department and Tom in the Residential Property Department. The advice I received was underpinned by significant expertise, very considerate and always useful. Great solicitor
We recently sold our house the sale of which turned out to be a long drawn out process. (Through no fault of Taylor Walton)
This taught us a lot about how devious some people can be. However the sale eventually went through and the only thing that kept my wife and I sane was the amazing service we got from our solicitor Samina Safar. We were always able to speak to her personally, if she were not available she always returned our call within a very short time. Her professionelism goes without saying and her report with us fantastic. Can only recommend her services. Many thanks Samina.
