My first swim with my swimming MP3 player made it stop as soon as it was wet, first the sound died in the left ear and then it stopped working, this was not useful, I wrote to them and said what had happened and their reply was they are fragile and it would cost a lot to return to China to fix, sadly i bought from them direct, I should of used Amazon or eBay where they would of exchanged or refunded me my money, instead I get that it would not be recommended to return due to time and costs and they would offer me a 30% discount on another, I think thats not useful as thats a third of the money I already spent and I would risk getting another one that might not work!
Looks like this one is off to the bin and I will need to avoid the company, I thought they had warehouses in the UK as thats what the website makes it look like, lesson learnt I suppose, buy from Amazon where they have better customer services.

Last time I ever buy from here

Last time I ever buy from here. Had one or two responses regarding a faulty item, but now radio silence when I've requested further assistance or a refund. Absolutely appalling. Now stuck with a brand new but faulty Walkman I cannot use. Strongly advise against buying from this company.

Waste of money

Was unable to decrease volume, only bass playing. Customer Service kept replying with answers that weren't relevant to the problem . Guarantee not recognised . Waste of money.

My second unit is now defective - AVOID

My second unit is now defective. The sound is intermittent which indicates a broken wire.
The unit clearly needs an anchor point where the wire leaves the player and at the ear piece - and a more sturdy wire.
I have taken great care not to damage the wire when removing the ear pieces, but it appears that there is a clear design fault which means the unit will fail within six months.
You may have notice the warranty - don't bother. When I requested a replacement, I received a message which started "I have checked the problem....." WITHOUT the company examining the defective unit. The company said it was all my fault and showed pictures of the wire breaking in a different place to mine. Follow up emails were ignored.
In my opinion, the company appear to know they are selling a defective product by showing pictures of the likely breaks in the wires and appear to be dishonest in refusing to entertain warranty claims.
A shame as it is great when it works, but built in obsolescence may be a money spinner but is no good for consumers.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Tayogo After Sales Service

I would like to comment on the excellent after sales service I have received from Tayogo - contacted them last week to ask advice on a problem which developed on my headphones purchased last July They immediately answered my email and authorised replacement headphones which arrived on Sunday Thank you Tayogo

Have lost speaker connection on two models.

I am on my second Tayogo mp3 player for swimming (not the bone conduction model). Same problem has occurred - I lose one of the speakers due to poor connection. If I twist and bend the neckband I can get the channel back but that is a nuisance.

I am wondering if I was taken in by misleading reviews. I have found Tayogo offering refunds for reviews for other products (go to tayogo.com and add "/pages/free-product-review-for-tayogo-waterproof-mp3-player-with-card-slot").

They don't make the offer conditional on a good review, but my guess is many people wanting th refund will not taker chances by writing anyhting critical.
