Sunt client al Tazz/Emag de câțiva ani

I have been a customer of Tazz/eMag for several years, but over the past two years, the quality of service has declined dramatically. In my last four orders, I’ve encountered major issues: the food has consistently arrived cold, some packages were opened, and missing items have become the norm. It is extremely frustrating to pay for a delivery service and continuously receive incomplete orders in poor condition.

Even worse, I’ve repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor to address these issues, but my requests have been denied three times. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a company that claims to be a leader in the delivery industry.

In my most recent order, not only was the delivery delayed by over an hour, but I also faced significant communication barriers with the couriers. They did not speak either Romanian or English, making it nearly impossible to resolve the situation. This not only worsens the customer experience but also raises serious concerns about the company’s ability to provide quality service.

After years of loyalty, I am deeply disappointed with how the company treats its customers. I strongly urge you to reconsider your support and delivery policies; otherwise, you will continue to lose loyal customers like myself. I do not recommend this company at all!

Avoid if possible

Why don't ask for Chat Help FEEDBACK at the end of the chat? We do you have to disturb the clients with a PHONE CALL?

Just awuful

Furthemore their customer support is a JOKE. They're all bots, you ask them something and they follow-up with only generic replies. Not even that but they never answer your direct questions about your orders. It's all scripts.

Do not order with them

Do not order with them! Wait time is always expanding and the riders pick up multiple orders and are late with the order.
For an hour now the app shows that the rider is on it’s way and arrives in 5 minutes

This app is stealing your money

This app is stealing your money! I order 2 days in a row nightshift around midnight and order did’t come. I contacted support and 30min later texting I manage to convince them that the shop is closed in order to cancel my order! They said that the money will be back but never receive it for 3 orders already! They have bugs with orders few hours before closing time or if the restaurant did’t accept orders you still have your founds blocked in the app !

treating customers like thieves

If you complain about a food order, they ask you to take a photo of the food with the bill, like you are a thief and you didn’t just order via their app.

They will steal your money. If they don't deliver your food they do not refund you. You lose your money and get no food. Pathetic. Never ordering again

A complete mess with 0 accountability

Every time i ordered from a supermarket, something went wrong.
The last time, I ordered extremely basic stuff (potatoes, rice, peppermint tea, 2 beers, a bag of chips).
They didnt bring me ANY rice and only half the potatoes and no bag of chips.

The app is poorly designed so they ask for the tip upfront, when placing the order. So when they eff it up because they cant be bothered to actually work for it, you just tipped a bad worker. I promised myself i won't be tipping them anything from here on out because they mess up the orders more often than not.

I can't do another free order, because you only get free orders over a certain sum. I can't reach with only a few items. Also there's a 2 lei processing cost or something like that.

You get free premium membership for Tazz by having premium membership on emag.ro. But honestly, it's such a bad and irresponsible and nasty service, I'd rather actually pay the delivery fee of their competitors (I recommend Bringo), because they at least do their damn jobs to the best of their ability and they are fairly reliable.

Please, Tazz, just quit. Also don't respond to this with those cutesy auto-replies with "sorry you had a bad time, why don't you write to us on facebook or email?".

No. I wrote you on your in-app chat and the customer service agent was incapable of reimbursing any of the fees or giving me a voucher to make the waste of time better or to incentivize me to try and do a second order with the missing items. His response was basically a polite version of "I'm sorry you are sad" and emojis. Please be professional and stop the emoji nonsense, it makes you look even less professional (hard to imagine that's possible).

The fact that they are pooled together with emag is probably the only reason they haven't disappeared off the market yet.
