Unnecessary accident

On the 24th February at 8.33am my husband was coming out of the new housing estate in leconfield into Main Road when he suddenly tripped. This was due to Ross, a T Balfe employee, who had tied a piece of brown string across the road six inches above the ground. He sustained injuries to his arm and leg and damaged his clothes and watch. We have tried to email t balfe and also Keepmoat who contracted t balfe but to no avail. We have tried their websites but they are obviously only interested in people who want their building services. Not good enough!!!
