Deceptive practices
The web site does not post negative reviews for their products. I bought a product that had perfect reviews and it turned out to be defective and others posted on the ArrmaForum that it was also defective and all of us posted negative reviews for the product and none of reviews showed up on the website. This is a very bad and deceptive business practice.
