Found to be rude

Found to be rude, uncaring and abrupt throughout our tenancy. Unsurprisingly made-up some bogus charges to keep part of our rental deposit. Must be nice to have all of the laws in your favor and to think all you have to do to behave ethically is the legal bare minimum. We spent a good amount of our money and time taking care of a property we didn't own, and $1000s watering the lawn, just to be dinged over some made-up nonsense. We could have let it go, but $118 was definitely worth this review.
