I found TB Timepieces on Instagram and Chrono24, I then visited Tom and spoke with him at Hatton Garden and discussed various pieces. Tom already knew he had my desired pieces in stock and we were able to make a deal for 2 pieces. I first came across TB Timepieces on Instagram whilst looking for a watch for my partners 30th birthday.
After having an initial chat with Tom, we arranged an appointment for me to meet him in the store.
When I got there, he had already laid out numerous different watches and talked me through all of them.
His knowledge about his stock is honestly very impressive and because of his help, my girlfriend now has her dream watch.

I got referred to Felix by a friend, about purchasing a Polar Explorer II.
Within 24 hours he had one sourced and ready to go.

Just agreed my second deal with Tom and couldn’t recommend him enough. Honest and professional and is always on the end of the phone for any help or advice if I needed it.

Anyone trying to purchase a ‘new’ Rolex, especially a Stainless Sports Model knows it’s a pointless exercise visiting any Rolex authorised dealer. Wait lists of years (if at all) and only if you have a significant spend history of other merch.

So what to do? I was looking for a new Rolex GMT II as a 60th/retirement gift to myself to mark the milestone in my life and after the fruitless exercise of talking to proper Rolex dealers and some of the better known secondary market dealers, I stumbled across a listing for exactly the watch I wanted on Chrono24.

A message sent was responded to almost immediately by Tom, and it quickly became apparent that this was someone who knew his stuff, and who had an excellent attitude to customer service and satisfaction. He clearly understood that it’s a big ask for a customer to trust someone enough to send many thousands of pounds to purchase a watch, and was more than happy to arrange for me to view before purchase, however this wasn’t possible.

I was able to secure the watch with a modest deposit and from final settlement to delivery was a matter of just a few days. The watch arrived as promised and was clearly ‘as new’ and under two months old, which maximises the 5-year Rolex warranty. Supplied as you would receive it if you are one of the ‘blessed ones’ invited by a Rolex Authorised Dealer to purchase with all tags, box, warranty etc.

Ok, the watch was considerably more than Rolex list price. But no mere mortal can walk into a Rolex AD and just buy at list price. Certainly not a GMT which is one of the hottest watches Rolex sell. And TB Timepieces was one of the cheapest for this model on Chrono24. Oh, and Tom actually had the watch available unlike 75% of the listings on Chrono24 that have miraculously sold as soon as you make an enquiry!

Overall, a very easy, pleasant experience purchasing from Tom, and he would be top of my list for my next purchase.

I saw two watches which I liked on the page, but didn’t know which would suit me better and could not choose between the two. After explaining my situation and me being hesitant about which to buy, they asked me about what I do day to day, how often I’m planning to wear it and the other watches I currently have in my collection. After I told them about my plans and which watches I want to eventually have in my collection, they sent me many pictures of each watch, explained every detail of both and said their own opinion about which would suit my lifestyle more. Without discussing prices yet, I gave an offer for one of the watches which I now realise was a bit high. Instead of them agreeing and taking my money, they explained the current market and pricing of the watch and told me the price they are selling it at, which was a lot lower than what I offered. This is what made me trust in them, and really solidified my decision to buy from them.

As I picked up my watch, they fit it to my wrist and answered all my questions and doubts which I had.

I have never dealt with anyone more accommodating, professional and honest.

I have worn my watch every day since buying it, and never want to take it off!

I was looking to buy a luxury Rolex watch.
I talked to a few Rolex dealers in Hatton Garden, and wasn’t happy with buying a watch from them. I came across TB Timepieces LTD and the guy’s there were very nice and easy to deal with, and more importantly very trusted. I bought my first Root Beer from them. I went back after a few months and told Tom I would like to trade up for a day date. He was very helpful and and give me good advice.
