I have bought sports clothing on…line to TCA happy with the product but really wound up by delivery promises
I have bought sports clothing on previous occasions from TCA and have been very pleased with the clothing and delivery promises.
But on this occasion I placed my order last Friday 26th at 09.50 with a promise of a 24 hour delivery and was sent a tracking account number.
In the 1st instance I was informed the parcel was due before 13.00 Saturday 27 th
When the parcel wasn’t delivered on the day promised I opened the tracking page to find my parcel was in Swansea but would be sent to Eltham the following Morning for delivery to me. I waited in all day Sunday 28 th and found my parcel was deliver to Croydon needless to say when I went to the web site I was informed my parcel was to be delivered to me Monday 29th from 07.00 .- 13.00 and again my parcel was not delivered until 14.00 Monday afternoon.

Dirty
The size and colour was good, however the item was dirty on the front. I didn´t refund it because I really needed for a competition and didn't have time to purchase a new one. I washed it and still dirty, so I am not able to wear it.
So disappointed with the quality control. I would never recommend the brand.

TCA is my go to for fitness clothing. I love that there is a great selection but not so much to choose from that it’s overwhelming. The delivery is always so quick and the website descriptions and sizing are perfect, everything has fit really well. Would highly recommend.
