I am very happy with the company. I read reviews here after I made the order and was bit worried. But paid with paypal so knew I would give my money back if I didn't receive my order. I ordered on Friday afternoon and my order arrived on Monday. Very happy. I have not tried the product yet but I trust that company is not a scam. I have not received any order confirmation but other then that delivery time was exceptional. I am based in the UK.

Very reliable and excellent quality TCA. I have been purchasing from them for many years now and have always received my order. You don’t always get a confirmation email for the order, however the product is always delivered promptly. This a highly trustworthy company.

The best for TCA peels

I’ve used them twice, first time was ok, had to remind them that I also ordered neutraliser but they sent it after and all was fine.
Second time I did not receive my order but I paid on PayPal and was able to get a refund with no hassle.
I think people not receiving their orders may be a customs issue as TCA is a dangerous substance.
Seems like it is just one person running it and quite disorganised / bad customer service but not a scam.
I give 3 stars because the TCA I did receive was great and a great price. It is very difficult to get in the UK and many other companies you see the same kinds of things on reviews about orders not showing up. I worked as a post lady for years, dangerous substances do get destroyed.
Shame because it does wonders for my face

I ordered the products and I didn't receive no confirmation email or anything no message no email, no tracking details or even when it will be delivered absolutely nothing, but my bank got charged and the payment went through.. days go on nothing, I contacted the customer support on the website itself and I also contacted them through email. No response to either of them and its been a few days. I'm left to believe the website is a scam so I did what any smart person would do since I paid with paypal I made a report on paypal concerning issues with the purchase and seller itself. And only when i filled a report did I get a response back from the same email i contacted days ago and mind I say before reporting it to paypal i emailed twice that I want an order confirmation and details or a full refund. So to my paypal report immediately minutes after i got a reply saying how they don't need threatening customers when clearly there was none and i was just looking for answers and being concerned about resolving the issue, after a refund from paypal was issued the message I got on paypal status from the tcasolutions website itself was just ''gfy'' which means go f yourself. That's the kinda customer support and experience you get with this.

I would consider putting it up to a 5 star if they actually delivered in the uk like they use to and like the name suggests but now there's no option to put the United Kingdom in as your billing address and when you just put in your address manually it says billing country is required

Great quality,sometimes delivery takes long but it's not delivered by company itself
Using the website since 2018 and would recommend it to anyone.

Please do not order from this site, it’s a fraudulent website. I paid for an order and never received, and no response from customer service. They never got back on my order from May 2023

SCAM online shop! Don't buy. I have paid and no goods received. No customer service or any contact details available.

Fake company! They don’t really exist!!
I paid a week ago and still haven’t heard from them about Next Day Shipping within UK.
Their “Contact Us” page links you to social media account that doesn’t really exist!
Beware not to fall for the trap!
