Attention all, please be careful when purchasing from this site as they do not clearly label their products. Some products will be listed as "[JAPANESE]" while some products will be listed as "English", but the image used for the product is Japanese. Some products entirely withhold what the language is. This confuses the customers and shows the stores dishonesty and inconsistency. On top of that, they charge international shipping AND their products are overpriced (i.e. One Piece Japanese products are typically cheaper on TCGplayer and other places, but this store will sell Japanese products for prices sometimes even higher than for the English prices -- unbelievable). When I tried to get a refund and return, they wanted me to pay for the international shipping ($20+) for their mistake (more like scam) instead of honoring that they mislabeled the language on their products. I kept telling them that they should clearly label their products moving forward and they eventually just stopped responding to me. A week or so later, they finally responded back and then just decided to not allow my refund and return anymore. Don't waste your time and money on these people. Good luck!

We are sorry if you feel disappointed, but leaving a negative review that is not based on facts — and even threatening us by email to post a 1-star review if we did not meet your demands — is not acceptable. This type of behavior is a red flag and not something we tolerate. We respect every customer and, for over 3 years, have maintained positive relationships with the vast majority of our clients. Whenever a mistake is on our side, we take responsibility and resolve it properly.
For transparency, here are the key facts regarding your order:
1. Product Language & Price – The item purchased was the Japanese version, clearly shown in the product images and reflected in the price. Japanese editions typically sell for $15–25, while English editions are $40–55. This can easily be verified on platforms such as eBay. It is not reasonable to assume an English version would be sold at less than half its market value.
2. Customer Assumptions – In your initial email, you admitted being unsure if the product was Japanese or English despite the images showing the Japanese version. In such cases, you could have contacted us by chat or email before placing your order — but you did not. After your order arrived, we explained multiple times via email that the product was indeed the Japanese edition. The misunderstanding came from your assumption, not from any error in our listing.
3. Return & Refund Offered – Even though this was not a store mistake, we offered a refund of the product cost (minus original shipping, which was already incurred). As is standard with international orders, return shipping would be your responsibility. You refused this solution and insisted on a full refund including shipping costs, which is not reasonable. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, as those costs are already paid to the carrier.
4. Unreasonable Behavior – In your emails, you threatened to leave a 1-star review if we did not meet your demands. This is not constructive, and it unfairly pressures the store. Such behavior raises concerns about intent and is not acceptable to us.
5. Pricing Accuracy – Your claim that our prices are “overpriced” is simply incorrect. The product you purchased was priced in line with the current Japanese market rate and far below the English equivalent.
We regret that your expectations did not match the product, but the correct item was delivered, multiple explanations were provided, and a fair refund option was initially offered but you refuse to cooperate. You refused to cooperate with that resolution. Labeling our store as "dishonest" under these circumstances is not accurate, and attempting to pressure us with negative reviews is not behavior we can tolerate.

We’re sorry to see this 1-star review, especially after we upgraded your shipping to FedEx at no extra cost. The import tax you were asked to pay is charged by your country’s customs authority and is not collected by us.

We’re sorry to hear this, but to clarify your situation: the package was shipped promptly with tracking sent to your email. Multiple delivery attempts were made, and based on the tracking logs it was returned due to unpaid import fees—not because no one knocked.
As soon as we received the returned package, we emailed you to offer either re-delivery or a refund (minus the original shipping cost, which had already been used).
We genuinely tried to resolve this with you. It’s disappointing to receive a one-star review for an issue beyond our control and not caused by us, but we’re here if you’d like to continue the conversation.
