They "lost" my preorder and now that product is out of stock, and now a higher price elsewhere. Don't trust them. Scam. Not professional. Garbage. Extremely disappointing. Makes me want to stick with other companies I trust, and never try different companies.
Won’t even ship my order. Ordered December 31 2022 said it got lost in preorders. Then they tried saying we don’t know what order you’re referring to even though if you look up my email it’s probably in their system. They don’t even have a phone number. Might wanna go elsewhere especially since this company loves giving the runaround
Listed Fusion Strike "Pokemon Center" ETB for 59.99 on their website so I purchased one. They also sell the regular Fusion Strike ETB @ 38.99; separately. I was sent the regular Fusion Strike ETB which is not hard to find at retail stores without paying 10 dollars for shipping. They wouldn't respond to any of my emails and only refunded me 11 dollars instead of a FULL refund as I kindly requested.
With so many other options out there I'd HIGHLY recommend doing business with someone else because this customer support is pathetic.
