SCAM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered so-called 'real samples' of elements 'safely encased in acrylic, safe to handle', etc, etc.
The only saving grace, was that I purchased through PAYPAL and began a claim for a refund. Prior to that, JOHN RICH, apparently a so-called "customer service" person, ARGUED OVER AND OVER that at no time did they indicate the samples were real, despite me pointing out where, in the advertisement, it clearly led purchasers to believe the samples were real, including showing a sample being put in place by tweezers. PAYPAL have reviewed and have insisted the SCAM COMPANY give a full refund once I return the item. So, I WILL BE OUT OF POCKET for the postage, as the SCAM COMPANY don't do paid-return-shipping. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered shoes and they use a chart UK to US sizes and the first thing I noticed was chart was not standard...tcmart have their own chart so I checked with a standard chart off the internet and they were different. I ordered off tcmart chart and the shoes were too small. Tried talking to them but they were not interested. 30 day money back. ...to send back to Vietnam takes 30 days...and I have had them 7 days already while talk to customer service...!! No help at all. They got my money I got no shoe's. May 2021.

I ordered a product of the elements that were supposed to have real elements in them. A joke! They are nothing but poorly pixelated photos. Nothing like they are described on the site. Asked to return the item for a refund and they offered a 20% discount. The product is only good for the bin. Since turning down their 20% offer I have heard nothing back from them.
