Paul at TCPA worked with our local agent to successfully auction a very special property, that had been in our family for generations. I got a call back instantly from Hope when I sent an email at 8pm. So glad she called then as it led to us securing our dream home at the right price (with Hope’s negotiating skills) and within days. In today’s economic climate this is the way forward for buying and selling property. It is scary buying from auction, especially for the first time, but Paul made it easy. I would use TCPA again.

T&C are an amazing company, who went above and beyond when selling our house. Despite the procedure becoming drawn-out (due entirely to the buyer), they stayed in contact with us, chased solicitors, negotiated terms, made themselves available at short notice, even cancelled leave to get the sale completed. We can't recommend them highly enough.

It was my first time bidding on a property via an auction. Specifically Lloyd was someone I asked many many questions & every single time I rang to ask about the process etc he was always patient, kind & no question(s) I asked he never made me feel silly to ask. He was excellent for anyone nervous about the auction process and always responded quickly. Also Paul was very helpful & kind too. If your considering an auction property & they are the auctioneers they are certainly a very respectable and very helpful place to get a property through. They are genuinely nice professional people that run this auctioneers 10/10 highly recommend.

Very good communication. It was always easy for me to get hold of people and when they couldn’t answer they called back promptly. Denise in particular give very objective and impartial advice. I felt she was really helping me sell, rather than just doing her job. The North West office were good, although a little last minute with some requests for paperwork. Earlier identification of the issues could have averted some last minute panic. One of the challenges was that the buyers lawyer was a bit of a charleton who was trying to string out the process. I guess this must happen quite a lot
