Delivery Service is Slow
The delivery service is kinda slow despite your good company claim it would only takes 1-2 days (west M'sia), but i received my purchase item 5 days after the payment.
Well, i can't blame it 100% on you since the problem come from the delivery company. But still, it's a bad experience for me and your company didn't provide the tracking number.

Product no working
The product(V8) which i bought last time was no function and i feel like i being cheat by Novero gaming store. I hope Novero will take action to replace a new product(V8) for me. So that i will give 5star for the rating next time.
