Got my E Element x2000 keyboard last few days. The keyboard looks great and solid. However there has no free mousepad include in the box where the website is written “free mousepad will be given” or because the promotion ended? Overall, the keyboard is fantastic.

Wrong mouse and wrong color headphone
I selected v6 mouse and received x8 mouse.
Selected blue headphone, received red headphone. Upon contact, I was requested to self spend money to post the wrongly selected stuff back to them then they will change it. Not very happy experience like what I had in mind.
