I ordered several items from this shop after seeing an Instagram advertisement. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
The quality of the products is far below expectations, and the fit is not as described. The items look nothing like what was advertised.
I contacted customer service twice via email to request return instructions and a refund, but I have not received any response at all.
At this point, it seems impossible to return the items or get support from the company. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I placed an order on November 1st (Order #00016647) for multiple men’s clothing items, total paid $225. The delivery took more than two months to arrive, with no communication or updates from the company despite me reaching out to ask for shipping deadline.

When the order finally arrived, all items were significantly smaller than the sizes I ordered. Although labeled M and L, the actual fit was much smaller and completely unusable. On top of that, the quality was shockingly poor, very thin materials and far from what was advertised on the website.

I contacted the company three times (once about the shipping delay and once to request a return authorization and once to claim full refund and that the order was sent back to original address), to this date, this merchant is completely unreachable/unresponsive.

Very disappointing experience. Long delivery time, incorrect sizing, extremely poor quality, and zero customer support. Clearly a scam. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Shockingly poor quality, not as expected and can't return as the return postage charge to China is more than the cost of goods! Absolutely fuming!
