Hi, recently received my TDI tuning box, it took less than half an hour to install great product good quality wiring harness perfect length to mount on top of fuse box on my D40 Navara, blue tooth works well, as for performance it's next level, I'm super happy with the unit, service and price. A few months after receiving this product I took it to a rolling road. The power went from 379bhp to 425 bhp, I think that’s well worth the cost of one of these tuning boxes. They are also very easy to fit. Another good point to note is the customer service I received.

Very easy to install, certainly got the power I wanted and the ability to turn it off and or remove it

Brilliant experience, had my box remapped for my mini sd, had it on previous mini, great turn around only a few days and a big difference as always and of course what happens, a week later another car came up to good to let go.
Contacted DTI and they reprogrammed box for new car free of charge ......

I purchased this quite a while ago and have finally got it fitted and what a difference it makes, extra power with better fuel economy. Brilliant product,highly recommend.

Initially after doing my own research I thought everything would go smoothly. However, after a couple of weeks of using the box it suddenly failed. Customer service was great and I return the box for a repair/replacement. Tdi tuning confirmed my box had a fault. They sent over a prepaid DHL label and I returned.

I received my new box a few days later and was excited about getting it installed. Once I had installed, I once again had a flashing glow plug light which was non-existent until the installation of the TDI tuning box. I double checked the installation and I double checked I followed all procedures. But still the fault remained. I also ended up going up a hill and had little to no power so I had to disconnect. I then contacted TDI tuning who the said they would like more pictures of the wiring ect. At this point i was getting inpatient, after spending £305.00 on a device that did not work.

Please bare in mind, I changed my own drive shafts, installed an android head unit, changed discs, pads, bearings, steering knuckle assembly. So I am competent and knowledgeable about cars and it seemed they were trying to blame it on my competence.

Anyway, I ended up forgetting about it until I was going to sell the car and remembered.

I then raised an email requesting a return and a full refund which was declined as 30 days had past.

Tdi tuning offered to alter for my new car but to be honest I don't want it going on my new vehicle after everything that has gone one.

5 star customer service, and the product is 5 star until it stops working which is usually weeks later.

Web experience was a bit confusing for a US Volvo. However, one email to support and I had the correct kit number for my motor. Shipping was quick and well packed. Installation was straightforward with the well illustrated instructions. A bit of a hitch finding the serial number for Bluetooth pairing but finally found it Just completed today, so still in baseline learning mode. Overall the experience with TDI was brilliant. I look forward to the results.

The team were amazing, I opted to have a go at fitting myself and when things went wrong the guys at TDI squeezed me in and accommodated a quick resolve, explained what I had done wrong and the car now drives fantastic....better than it did from new!!!!! would strongly recommend and will :-)

I purchased a box for my Mercedes A Class. Upon installation the engine management light immediately came on but I was reassured this was normal. Initially I notified a performance gain, but this didn’t last long. A couple of days after the initial engine light went off I started having numerous problems with the car. It wouldn’t accelerate past 20mph, it wasn’t smooth to drive anymore, faults with the abs system, the steering was heavy. I went to the garage numerous of times and paid hundreds in diagnostics and repairs. Finally they advised me it also needed replacement swirl flap diffusers… aka engine damage. The garage told me to sell the car as soon as I possibly could. So I had to sell it not even 6 months after purchase causing significant financial loss. TDI Tuning? They asked me to re-install the box back into the car to show them the issues and refused a refund as the box was only under warranty for repair. Avoid at all costs.

Edit - How can I send the tuning box back for inspection / fixing when I had a car that no longer works? You asked me to fit the box back to a car I didn't have and that didn't work...

Overall a good experience with TDI Tuning. When my first unit went missing in transit, they acted quickly and made sure I received a replacement without delay. The box works well and I’m happy with the outcome.

The only slight disappointment was that no help was offered with fitting or a goodwill gesture like Bluetooth activation, which would have been a nice extra touch. Still, their professionalism and fast resolution of the delivery issue stood out, and I’d recommend them.

I was able to re-purpose an existing unit on another car. The new wiring harness arrived quickly and updating the firmware on the unit was easy with simple instructions provided to follow. Very impressed overall and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TDI Tuning!

From start to finish customer service was flawless. Phone contact with TDI put me right at ease. Decided to have it fitted in house for an additional £25. Was done in less than ½ an hour. Transit drives faster when fully laden than when it was empty before.

Seems to work. Easy to install

The tuning module arrived in the mail quickly especially coming from England to Australia.
I have noticed a good improvement in both performance and economy. However without using a dyno I seriously doubt the horespower and torque figures claimed. Having said that I'm not unhappy with what I got for the price.

Fantastic product that lives up to all of TDI Tuning's claims. My CRTD4 Twin Channel Diesel Tuning Box Chip Kit with Bluetooth connectivity was ordered & delivered quickly, easily & with parcel tracking.
Comprehensive instructions were supplied with the kit for my 2.2l turbo diesel Santa Fe boosting power from 147kW to 194kW, torque from 440Nm to 524Nm & with a fuel efficiency increase of up to 20% depending on the bluetooth adjustable settings, ranging from 1 (max economy) to 7 (max power & torque) with the press of a few buttons.
Installation took less than 1/2 hour with the most complicated bit being disconnecting a factory fitted sensor to plug in the kit sensor. The instructions were comprehensive, clear & with photos for guidance. Plus help from the TDI engineers was only a phone call away if I couldn't figure it out. The rest of the install was simple.
Power & torque gains were really impressive when testing after installation & I was surprised at the increases in acceleration. For my better half when she drives I leave it on Setting 1, for myself I crank it up to Setting 7.
Great fit & finish of the kit & easy to remove when going in for a yearly service. Would recommend to anyone - this definitely lives up to it's hype. Great job TDI Tuning!
