I ordered a box from them towards the end of 2024. Worked perfectly fine for quite a few months and was happy. After a while it stopped working. Contacted them but would only send a new part out which I no longer wanted as worried for any damage to the car. They don’t refund passed 30 days so just be aware.

Have contacted technical dept multiple times speaking to Jake, now getting no response.

I have 3 vehicles with TDI Tuning Boxes installed. I also like to take the advantage of the fact that these can very easily be moved into sometimes very different vehicles any time once the correct loom and revised tune has been purchased. For example my Mercedes ML320CDI box is now on my BMW 328i with only a revised bluetooth tune download over the internet and the relevant loom purchased. The turnaround time these guys provide is incredible - purchased and delivered by DHL to me here in Australia within 4 days! The communication and support available from the team when I have any questions is of a standard I rarely experience anywhere, never mind in the automotive industry. Keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely first class service great tech support over the phone unfortunately I had to return my unit as I was unable to fit due to a problem with my car they refunded the full amount the day they received it back would definitely recommend and hope to use them again in the future

Fantastic service from pre-sale to after sale. Tuning box has improved MPG and torque, which is great for towing my caravan. 5 stars all the way

So after waiting, waiting and waiting for over 3 years for the Bosch ECU to be cracked on my VW Transporter for remapping I gave up and took the plunge to purchase the appropriate chip for my vehicle. After some back and forth emails to make sure I was completing the install correctly mission success. First test run completed to Skeg Vegas and the improvements were very noticeable in torque and smooth acceleration. Thanks to the team for all your support and patience.

Iv ford focus mk4 2.0 diesel 150 now 195 what a difference it makes love it working perfect. 6 months now

When I tried twice to install it I failed
I wrote to you asking for help and was told there was no refunds
The best you could do was reprogram the unit for a different vehicle
I have now paid a garage to install it and guess what it didn’t work

Hi I've just bought TDI tuning box for my BMW m135i no issues runs amazingly so much power especially in setting 7 what the crazy thing is the fuel economy has improved massively especially in mold 4 was easy to install and the pictures were very clear customer services excellent thank you TDI tuning.

Excellent piece of kit, wiring up was relatively easy, although you will need to be mechanically minded to do this yourself, I had it wired up in 20 mins with no issues, instructions are clear with lots of photos for reference. You can have TDI wire up for you if you can’t understand the diagrams.

Drove around on map 4 for around 30 miles to allow the ECU to adjust then switched it to map 7.

Wow my car really does shift on map 7. Car in question is an Audi SQ5, map 7 is claimed at around 380bhp / 750nm I don’t know what it’s actually running at but it pins you to your seat, the torque it kicks out is insane, hits 60mph in around 4.5 secs. This 2 ton SUV will now give most cars a good run for their money with this box fitted.

Only little niggle I have is I don’t really think 7 different maps are necessary. Map 1, map 4 and map 7 is all I need. Can’t feel much difference between maps 1-2-3 and maps 6-7. Map 4 is a good balance very smooth, map 7 slightly jerky at times like it’s always raring to go.

Product upon initial install seems to do everything they claim, must be kicking out more hp, how much I don’t know
Did have several issues installing on my Volvo V50 D5 despite what appeared to be simplistic and comprehensive instructions. The access to the fuel rail was simple enough after removing the air box and engine cover.
Existing connection was somewhat awkward to remove probably due to the fact it had never been removed in 16 years.
Issues I had was having access to the turbo boost sensor. Technical guys were very helpful and of course offered a free install at their depot. But I do like a challenge. It was suggested you can access the boost sensor from the top of the engine, but even with as much as possible removed I still couldn’t even see it as it’s located at the very bottom of the boost pipe mounted on a chassis rail in a tight gap under a bracket, immediately behind the off side fog light. Decision after fellow v50 owners advised was to remove the front bumper. 10 minutes they said 😂
Took me an hour but as soon as it was off, full access and I could see it and managed to get it connected.
Anybody else got a V50 , either get Tdi to fit the box or take the bumper off. Saves a lot of scraped knuckles and swearing lol.
Car is now running on setting 4 (default) for suggested 40 miles. First impressions is “wow” seriously more oomph throughout the rev range and much more responsive. Initial fuel consumption average over few miles suggests 40+. Standard was showing 34-36. So far it’s a win win and long may it last. And a common thing with these Volvos is error codes come up every time a fly goes past and so far nothing.
So I’m very happy with the service and the product.
Word of advice, if you can afford the extra cost get the Bluetooth version and use the app, so much more fun

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY, BOUGHT A BOX HAD IT ON TWO CARS THEN WANTED IT REPROGRAMMED, THE COMPANY SAID THEY REPROGRAMMED BUT TO BE HONEST I DONT THINK THEY DID ANYTHING OR THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AT DOING NISSAN ,RENAULT, BMW , MERCEDES 1.5 DCI ENGINE , I RETURNED IT AND IT CAME BACK WITH NEW LEADS BUT STILL DIDNT WORK , THE CAR DROVE TERRIBLY AND SOUNDS LIKE THE TIMING IS OUT ,CONSTANTLY PINKING , IVE PAID TO HAVE A USELESS BOX FITTED TWICE , NOW TDI TUNING HAVE DECIDED THAT IVE BOUGHT THE BOX SECOND HAND JUST BECAUSE I WANTED IT TUNED TO ANOTHER CAR ,THEY ARE SAYING THE WARRANT IS VOID , BASICALLY TRYING TO FIND EXCUSES NOT TO REFUND FOR BEING COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, WE PAID FOR THE SERVICE OF HAVING THE BOX REPROGRAMED , THIS WASNT DONE AND NOW THIS CORRUPT COMPANY IS TRYING TO FIND WAYS OF NOT REFUNDING ME , IVE BEEN TO TRADING STANDARDS TODAY AND THEY AGREE WITH ME THAT IM DUE A REFUND PLUS MONEY SPENT ON POSTAGE ,FITTING , THERES NOTHING ON THE WEB SITE ABOUT REPROGRAMMING BOXES THAT YOUVE PREVIOUSLY OWNED TO YOUR NEW CAR AND OR EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT A SECOND HAND BOX BUT NOW THE CORRUPT TDI TUNING HAVE MADE UP EXCUSES,

BEST AVOID TDI TUNING AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY. THEY ARE ONLY INTEREST IN MONEY AND PROFITS.

Treated TERRIBLY this last interaction and have to make people aware of how greedy and unhelpful this company is. Bought the tuning box years ago, have had it retuned a few times with them and this last retune has caused nothing but PROBLEMS. Paid a garage to fit the box onto my Qashqai and after fitting to the car started pinking and stalling, sounded like the timing was out and the car wouldn’t take revs. Pulled out of a junction onto a 60mph road and couldn’t get above 20mph which was down right DANGEROUS. I emailed them and told TDi tuning and then took it back to the garage and they removed the box to return it to them. Problems solved immediately and the car was fine again. Contacted TDI tuning and told them the issues and sent them the box back at £10ish postage, the apparently ‘reflashed’ the box and sent it back to me.

Went back to the garage and they refitted it again, and the same thing happened again, honestly don’t think they even looked at the box as there’s obviously something wrong. Emailed them again and told them and they said there’s no reason for the car acting that way and that they wanted me to go back to the garage, get them refit the box and then video the car to show them. The mechanic said they wouldn’t fit it again anyway as it was going to damage the engine and they would end up being liable for it. Plus I wouldn’t be paying another £40 again to have it refitted just to record it and also how would I do that when I’d be the one driving it and using a phone whilst driving is ILLEGAL?!

Oh and now they’ve replied saying because I’ve changed email addresses that I’m not the original buyer of the box and are NOT GOING TO HONOUR THE WARRANTY and WILL NOT BE OFFERING A REFUND (I don’t even want a refund for the box just the retuning costs as it was a service that I paid for that wasn’t any use!!). Funny they were happy to take my money to have it retuned each time without me ‘apparently’ being the owner of the box but soon as a problem arises they say otherwise. AVOID AVOID, they are totally incompetent and just down right greedy who will make any excuse to avoid paying out a penny and won’t take any responsibility for any issues that arise from their faulty retuning software or equipment, I’ve been a loyal customer to them for years now and have recommended them to a lot of people, certainly won’t be doing that again. (This has been going on since the end of last year and today was the day I’ve been told they aren’t refunding or honouring the warranty)

I did not pay for a reprogramming service over 5 years ago, granted the box was purchased from you over 5 years ago however I have had it retuned with you a few times since. I have emailed you and explained this already, I paid for a retune (order no 151642), October 11 2024 and emailed you to raise the issue and had an RMA RETURN confirmation from you on 14th November 2024 after I had it fitted and issues arose. I do not want a refund on the whole box, I just wanted a refund on the reprogramming service (£141.97) as it did not work, I paid for your service that was useless and caused nothing but issues with the car. I’d rather you took my box back and actually investigated the issue and fixed it so I could use it but would settle for a refund as I’m sick and tired of the emailing and getting nowhere. I’ve been pawned off since the last time you sent it back to me and it still wasn’t working correctly, this is poor service.

Excellent product. Very easy to install, makes a decent power gain. Great customer service. Can't fault this experience with TDI.

I have had one of these gadgets on my 2017 GLE 43 AMG for the last couple of years. The MPG I get is bonkers!
Steady run on motorway 29.6mpg (60-80mph)
Average for the last 10k 26.3mpg
I drive it like i've pinched it sometimes!

I was Sceptical at First buying the TDI Tuning Box for my 2023 GWM Cannon with only 120kw, But to my absolute surprise it has honestly turned my Ute in to a Brute Powerhouse of a Ute now, Mode 1 general around town and not booting it I get an average of 135kw and nearly 300nm on tap most of the time, Have given mode 7 a go once or twice but have been reluctant to give it a good lot of juice, A massive increase in overall get up and go from the moment I put my foot down, and best of all No Turbo Lag. Power on tap all the time. Very Very Happy I recommend you buy 1 for every car you have.

have the CRTD4 Twin Channel on my 2014 Mercedes GLK 250. 100% the best money I've ever spent on any mod, ever. The torque comes on faster and holds your butt in the seat. Throttle response is much tighter, without feeling 'jumpy'. It's smooth, but you can tell she's ready to go! My daily drive to work was 31 - 32 mpg before tune. After tune: 34 - 35 mpg .. and that's using Setting 7; mostly in Sport. Blew my mind!

Okay so this I think is my 3rd or 4th box. This one I cocked up with the install and the guys were happy to help me through the problems I created for myself. The box is night and day and even though the car wasn’t slow it’s now a completely different beast. It’s not just the quality of the product but I love the fact that these guys respond from the other side of the world to any issues within minutes of calling. Keep up the magnificent work guys and thanks again.

Ease of fitting,instant improvement of power band and Torq .
Extra mpg is an added bonus but does depend how much your enjoying the extra ,well you know.
If you just fit it for the gains in mpg it’s worth the money alone,if you enjoy your driving it’s a no brainier.
