Since joining TDI I have received exceptional customer service. From the initial zoom call in which I was given a full one-to-one tutorial on using the software, to the super quick responses to any enquiries I have had since, I cannot fault the service that this company provides.
The software itself is user friendly and does everything I need it to do. I have suggested some changes / additions to TDI and they have already responded to say that they will put these forward for future updates. I truly feel like a valued customer.
