Very flexible in service
Ordered a boiler that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days but because the driver on the day of order was going to my area, they called and asked if I wouldn't mind instant delivery. Great!

saved having to go to plumbers merchants twice - once to order and once to collect and price was fair - not the cheapest I found but the customer service was the clincher when I had a query about the tap I wanted to purchase.One day late on delivery but not due to TDonline but the manufacturer who sends out the item on their behalf.TDOnline followed up the delay promptly and fed back to me within 30 minutes by phone. So satisfied and will consider them again for similar purchases
