Teacher's SPL Reviews

Amazing from start to finish especially Bethan could not be more supportive. Answered all questions regardless of how big or small, so helpful and made the process more manageable with a newborn. Can not thank them enough. Will be using again!

Such a great service. Fast response times did all the work for me and I could rest easy knowing all the forms would be correct

I cannot thank the team enough for the incredible support and guidance they provided throughout my shared parental leave and maternity paperwork process. What initially felt overwhelming and confusing became so much more manageable thanks to their patience, knowledge, and willingness to help.

They took the time to carefully go through all of my forms, ensuring everything was completed correctly and explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. Whenever I had questions, they were always responsive, supportive, and able to provide clear advice on how to communicate with HR professionally and confidently. I sent my schools SPL and my partners company one and they sorted everything from there.

I am incredibly grateful for all of their assistance and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing support with shared parental leave, particularly HR-related matters surrounding this topic. Their professionalism and dedication made a real difference, and I truly appreciate everything they did to help me navigate the process successfully. A special thankyou to Kinza and Sam who were extremely knowledgable and patient through the whole process :)
Will definitely be using again!!!

An excellent service. Really good communication, and having them handle the paperwork really puts your mind at ease, knowing that everything has been done correctly. Special thanks to Chloe who sorted out my overview and paperwork.

Chloe has been amazing!! Not only did she gain me literally thousands of pounds but she was so quick to respond and got absolutely everything sorted for me and my SPL! I would have found it all so confusing and it would have taken me weeks to get my head around but with Chloe it was so easy and she completed all my paperwork quickly and accurately! Can’t thank her and the company enough and would 100% recommend! Thank you! Charlie x

I cannot recommend Kinza enough. She replied so promptly every time and helped beyond filling in the paperwork. If it wasn’t for her I would be returning to work when my son turned 6 months, but now I have gained 3 more months of precious time. Thank you so much.

This is my second time using this service in three years, and once again, I could not be happier with my experience. They were incredibly helpful, patient and replied super quick every time. This made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to any teacher going on maternity leave.

Kenza and the team were so helpful. I had struggled for weeks with the form and had questions my school weren't able to answer. I started with the 10 minute phonecall where all of my questions were answered. I felt listened to and really reasured. I ended up purchasing option D to have my forms checked and the service was turned around within the hour to help meet my deadline, you can't get much better than that! I was then able to make my application with such peace of mind. Thanks so much, incredible service!

They made taking SPL so much easier and completed my forms really quickly with a cover letter for me to send to my school

I cannot recommend Teachers SPL enough. I had a very difficult time getting my HR to agree to what I was entitled to due to their misunderstanding of the legislation but TeachersSPL helped me every step of the way and ensured that I got the time & money that I was entitled to. From the beginning of the process to the end they could not have been more helpful and I wouldn't have known where to start without them. The fee was a drop in the ocean compared to what they managed to save me!

Teacher's SPL has made a quite confusing process so much easier. They have been highly helpful, communicative and you can tell they want the best for their clients. My sister recommended I use them, and I would make the same recommendation to any teacher looking into their Maternity leave and what is available to them.

Honestly can’t stop telling people about this, so helpful and made everything so simple. Answered all my baby brain questions! Sam was fantastic! Thank you again x

I 100% recommend to anyone working in education! We dealt with Bethan who was always friendly, polite and efficient. Thanks to TeachersSPL, I have gained full pay for the 6 weeks summer holidays, October half term as well as the Christmas holidays before my return in January.
Using TeachersSPL gave me peace of mind as if there were any issues I knew they were there to help. In our eyes, we traded the £70 fee for an extra 9 weeks full pay - an absolute no brainer!

We dealt with Hannah and she was very good and very clear on the advice given and what needed to be done. This was at a difficult period during our child being in NICU and the fact Hannah handled all of this and was so clear was a massive help to us. Would strongly recommend to all

I was so impressed with the speed of the service both originally and with any changes. Communication was supportive and friendly. Would 100% recommend!

Quick responses & easy to follow steps to make applying for SPL easier. Bethan was fantastic when replying and sent over as much information as she could to make sure we understood the process and what it meant

I have submitted my application (confirmed receipt at school) so will only change review if there are any issues with the paperwork

A fantastic, simple service that did exactly what they said they would!
I paid for the team to work out my SPL and it was faultlessly completed within hours, ready for me to review and send to my employer. It has honestly been so incredibly easy to do and will gain me over £6k of salary - an absolute bargain and something every teacher should do!

Teachers SPL were wonderful from start to finish. Easy to use and clearly explained. Helpful and very knowledgeable, I managed to get an extra 8 weeks paid off work meaning that I have taken just under a year off for my maternity, something I didn't think was financially possible.

The service as a whole was really good, I wouldn’t have known where to start but Chloe was so helpful in drafting up all overviews/paperwork. She answered any questions I had and responses were really fast. Would recommend this service to anyone considering SPL. Thank you.

I can’t recommend this company enough. They are friendly, professional and make applying for SPL so easy at a time when the last thing you need is any stress. When I encountered a fairly unusual, difficult issue Sam went above and beyond what I’d paid teachers SPL to do and provided valuable knowledge and expertise, answering emails quickly and even outside of working hours. They’re just amazing, worth every penny.
