Amy Elliot communicated efficiently, providing all the job details. When I was unable to accommodate a specific time and suggested an alternative, Amy was able to liaise with the client to agree to the changed time. Amy is always pleasant to speak to and shows concern for my welfare.

My scheduled call was yesterday at 15h10. I had not received a call until I called Teach Me 2 around 15h20. That's when I was told that my call was not with Louise as per the email, but it was with Tania. Besides this little misunderstanding, the call went very well. I got a good understanding of how Teach Me 2 works, the costs, and their success rate. I look forward to seeing my daughter’s academic improvement.

I think it would be a good idea to stipulate upfront if there are no available positions for English tutors, instead of going through the process of applying, only to be told there is a saturation of tutors in the category thereafter.
