They have took my payment twice for 2 different amounts. Not a great start im fuming.

Absolutely diabolical!!

Absolutely diabolical!!! Place two orders with them money taken and no confirmation email. A day later I emailed them, I received an automated email back from them saying that they were facing payment issues and I needed to send an email with detailed items I purchased and my address. I emailed all of the information, never received an email or any items... What a shambles and a joke..

Placed an order it took the money but…

Placed an order it took the money but no confirmation email was sent. I emailed them and they asked for the address and order and got it sorted. Hopefully sorted now as I want to place another order

This is the worse experience from a company

After a week of ignoring me or my email they finally answered me & sent out my item & what I got was shocking it was completely seeded & dead & smells like perfume & I have emailed my issue & guess what they are now doing yep ignoring me again PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU STAY AWAY this company is unbelievable and will not fix what they caused

I received the items I ordered! (UK) Patience and customer service

I received the items I ordered!

It took a while, I ordered 07/09/2024 and like other reviewers experienced payment issues, payment taken but still asking to pay, no order on my tealerlab account, no email confirmation.
I contacted customer service about the issue, also feeling scammed, said they would resolve.
Patience is key here.
I waited 5 days to see if it magically turned up, no luck, so I emailed again.
2 days later they requested a list of the items ordered and my delivery address (luckily I had a screenshot of my order).
5 days later I hadn't received any update so I asked where my order was.
They responded quickly and created my order, I got emails and "shop" app notifications.
I received my items the next day!

As a software engineer who's worked with payment gateways it can be challenging to get it right 😂 and based on experience I assume the site went live "too early" without being fully tested 😋.

Hopefully the payment issues will be resolved soon and they can smoothly provide everyone with quality CBD flower and hash.

UPDATE

Tealerlab need to respond to emails and messages on messenger as I have done both and had no response but my message has been read, I never recived a confirmation order when I brought products but they have took my money and also money for 24 hour delivery, if I don't recive a response I will take the matter to trading standards this is bad customer service, UPDATE I have finally spoken with Tealerlab and they have now corrected the technical issue on there side and have put my order in manually and processed my order and I got confirmation off order that is now showing in my Shop app, please contact them on Facebook threw messenger to also complete your orders I will update this review once products arrive.

Received product nice good quality would give 5 star but obviously due to miscommunication I will give 5 for product but overall a 3, hopefully the issue had doesn't happen again

More communication needed

Bad start good end
I made an account, placed an order they took my money but no confirmation about it, I emailed them got a reply saying they couldn't access there financial department and for me to send them what I ordered and my delivery address even though it's on my account details. This was two days ago I've emailed them again no reply I'm in the UK and using the correct email address. This is a complete scam what a way to treat customers, I want to see if they will reply to me on here otherwise they leave me no choice but to go through my bank as this is a fraudulent website.🤬🤬🤬🤬
They have reached out to me and after a few emails between us, I can now see my order on my account stating its paid and ready for shipping as its now 16.30 UK time I will expect my goods to be shipped out in the morning of 19/09/2024, I understand that sometimes these things happen but communication is important. I'm giving them 3 stars now and will raise to 5 stars if my package is sent tomorrow morning as planned.
My item has now been shipped and will be delivered 20/09/2024 thanks to there customer service 5stars for them. But they need to address there financial department, no need for such misunderstandings.

This is my 4th edit I think ?! My experience at the beginning with Tealerlab was awful thought it was a scam, no product, no money, no answer, but then there customer service reached out, specifically Ismael who sorted the problem and my order was with me less then 24hrs later, I can't thank Ismael enough for the prompt and professional service. Tealerlab I will be back. 5stars

There was a glitch on the website

There was a glitch on the website, it took my payment but I didn't receive an order confirmation. I've emailed customer services twice and had no reply. It's been over a week now and nothing.
