Gary did a fantastic job for us from start to finish and we were really satisfied with how he drove the whole process right through to completion of sale.
He is highly professional and gave excellent advice at every stage, so any decision making from us was made with confidence.

We live in the Outer Hebrides, and he conducted the whole thing without us having to set foot off the island. He organised services to clear out and deep clean the house. On Gary's recommendation, we decided to invest in a staging company to give the house an on trend, Showhome feel, boost viewings, and create maximum interest. Again, Gary set all of this up for us with the staging company and handled all the viewings personally. He really was a one stop shop for everything.

We feel that this very personal and professional approach from start to finish from Gary can do nothing but good for the Estate Agency business and the future success of ESTATE.

Gary was brilliant I had the property on the market with a previous agent for almost 2 years and wasn't even getting viewings by the end. Gary was recommended to me through our accountant as someone who was reliable and effective, and I wasn't disappointed. Gary went above and beyond, arranging other professional services- electrician, painter, cleaner etc. He also arranged staging which was a brilliant idea.
